| As a continuation of mathematics classroom teaching,an effective way for students to learn independently,and one of the means to implement the cultivation of students’ core mathematical literacy,mathematics homework has always attracted the attention of front-line teachers.In recent years,some schools have made progress in the quantity,quality,function,feedback of homework,etc.,but related problems have continued to emerge,resulting in crowding out a lot of students’ spare time,hindering students’ interest in learning and academic development,and greatly affecting students’ physical and mental health.In July2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Stage of Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the "double reduction"),making it imperative to improve the quality of homework and reduce the burden of students’ homework.It is of practical significance to study the improvement strategies of mathematics homework design,continuously optimize homework design,and implement the cultivation of students’ core mathematical literacy.In this study,305 front-line mathematics teachers and some homework materials participated in the questionnaire star questionnaire survey were selected as research objects,and data and information were obtained through questionnaire survey method,interview method and text analysis method,and the current status of mathematics homework design in primary schools from the perspective of mathematics core literacy was divided into three first-level dimensions: homework type design,homework content design,and homework difficulty design.It is found that from the perspective of mathematics core literacy,there are problems such as lack of systematic and effective homework design guidance in primary school mathematics homework design,insufficient understanding of mathematics core literacy concept and homework design concept,insufficient thinking degree of integration of mathematics core literacy concept and homework design,and weak subjective initiative of homework design.The main reasons for this are the influence of traditional homework concepts and the insufficient ability of teachers to design homework.The study proposes corresponding mathematics homework design improvement strategies: first,pay attention to the needs of teachers and do a good job in school support.Enhance high-quality training in job design;Carry out teaching and research activities for job design.Second,attach importance to literacy cultivation and improve design concepts.Clarify the intention and function of the job;Based on curriculum standards,establish a holistic view of homework design.Third,implement literacy training and improve work design.Design homework objectives and homework content based on the core literacy of mathematics;Design homework types and homework content based on mathematical core literacy;Reflect on and improve the operation design based on the results of the work;Respect individual differences and design layered operations.Fourth,enhance the subjective initiative of operation design.Strengthen the sense of cooperation in operation design;Improve work efficiency and rationally allocate teaching energy. |
