Theme Short Video Enables The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Short videos have become an important tool for university students in order to gain information in the new age of rapidly developing information.Along with the development of short video algorithms,short and concise video is more popular with students than boring theory classes.At the same time,the world view,life outlook and values conveyed by the short videos are also affecting the way of thinking of college students.This provides an opportunity for the development of themed short videos.The main theme short video spreads the mainstream ideology by means of informationization,establishes the ideological position,satisfies the diversified development demand of the contemporary college students’ ideological situation.It is of great significance to solve the confusion of traditional ideology and political teaching,to innovate ideological and political education pathway for students in tertiary institutions,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political instruction for college students.This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the background and meaning of the research,the research situation here and abroad,the contents and research methods,the principal work and innovation.The second segment is the short video for the main theme and college students ideological and political related overview,from the definition,characteristics,functions of the theme short video,introduced the main theme short video basic overview.The third part probes into the ideological and political education of college students from two aspects of theoretical basis and theoretical reference.In the fourth part,through the questionnaire data analysis,the author points out that there are four problems in the ideological and political education of college students at present,namely neglecting the content quality of the short video,neglecting the effectiveness of the short video education and the innovation of the short video discourses.The fifth part is the solution to the problem: strengthen the educational function of the theme short video,innovate the theme short video education mode and perfect the theme short video discourse system.
