Education information management refers to the use of information technology and modern management methods in the field of education to manage educational resources and teaching activities in a comprehensive and efficient manner.Education information management realizes the deep integration of information technology and education,providing support and services for teaching through various information technology means,optimizing the allocation of educational resources and improving the quality and efficiency of teaching.Education informatization management has an important and far-reaching impact in the country’s education career,and primary and secondary schools are the main front for the development of information technology in education at the grassroots level.Therefore,how to do a good job in the management of education informatization in primary and secondary schools in districts and counties has become a hot topic of current research.This study focuses on the problems encountered in the implementation of educational information management in primary and secondary schools in the urban areas of Yangquan,Shanxi Province.A combination of questionnaires and field visits was used to obtain research data,analyze the root causes of the problems through statistical data,and propose countermeasures for the problems of educational information management in primary and secondary schools in the district.The main research work is divided into the following three areas.First,this paper launched a survey and research on the current situation of education informatization management in primary and secondary schools in urban areas of Yangquan.In order to ensure the validity of the data,the data obtained from both questionnaires and field visits were corroborated,and statistical methods were used to collate and analyze the research data,from which the current situation of the development of education informatization in primary and secondary schools in urban areas of Yangquan during the 14 th Five-Year Plan was sorted out.Secondly,this paper analyses the problems in the management of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in the urban areas of Yangquan.Based on the research data,this paper presents a series of analyses of the problems in the management of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in the urban areas of Yangquan,looking at the management philosophy,infrastructure construction,and information literacy of teachers and students.Third,based on the problems that exist in the management of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in the urban areas of Yangquan,this paper identifies the root causes of the problems and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the management of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in districts and counties,aiming to provide countermeasure suggestions on the management of educational informatization for educational administrative departments and primary and secondary school subjects in districts and counties,promote the healthy,stable and efficient development of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools,facilitate the sharing of high-quality information resources,and promote the balanced development of education.
