With the rapid social development in our country, employment is the biggest people’s livelihood. As an important group for promoting sustainable development of regional economy, the employment floating population chooses to work in the floating areas from the aspects of improving income level, improving children’s education and improving their comfort level. And in recent years, various regions also attract talent and labor to return to employment, help home area economy development to give a series of welfare conditions, this makes "Returning tide" with high heat, with that, the spatial pattern of employment level in our country is changing constantly. Therefore,in order to reveal the direction of labor flow and grasp the macro-regional differences between employment agglomeration phenomenon and employment development level, this paper studies the temporal evolution and spatial differentiation of employment level pattern in China, and on this basis further explores whether "Hu Huanyong line" can be used as the dividing line of employment spatial pattern in recent years. Moreover, college graduates,as a part of the floating population with a high degree of education and a sense of openness and innovation, tend to flock to "Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou" and other high economic development regions after graduation, and many regions are faced with the dilemma of "brain drain".Therefore,in order to clarify the characteristics of the flow direction of college graduates, this paper provides beneficial research perspectives and enlightenment for each region to retain the source of students and thus the future economic and social development. Finally, through empirical research, this paper further analyzes the influencing factors of college graduates’ returning employment intention. On the basis of combing the literature, this paper mainly uses three methods to analyze the data of the study area.First,Arc GIS10.8 software is used to conduct exploratory spatial analysis, including normality test, trend surface analysis, spatial correlation test and semi-variogram cloud analysis,to study the development trend, spatial correlation and degree of China’s employment population agglomeration in different directions;Secondly, the Kriging interpolation method is used to model, predict and visualize the spatial concentration of China’s employed population, observe the time evolution and spatial differentiation of China’s employment level pattern in2009,2014 and 2019,and further explore whether the "Hu Huanyong Line" can serve as the dividing line of China’s employment spatial pattern in recent years; Finally, use MGWR2.2 software to establish OLS,GWR and MGWR models to study the spatial heterogeneity of the influencing factors of college graduates’ return to employment intention, and compare the fitting effects of the three models, and visualize and describe the spatial characteristics of graduates’ return to employment intention. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The employment population concentration center in China is developing towards the central part, and the employment population concentration in the southeast coastal areas and some provinces and cities in the southwest is developing well.In the southwest,Yunnan Province is an example. The tourism industry is very developed, and the employment population in the western region is gradually increasing, while the northeast region is facing difficulties in industrial transformation and upgrading, and local enterprises are poorly managed, and the employment population is constantly losing.(2)By analyzing the spatial evolution characteristics of China’s employment agglomeration in the past decade,it is found that the "Huhuanyong Line",as the geographical boundary of China’s population, also presents an obvious boundary feature in the spatial distribution of the employment agglomeration of the object of this study.Almost all cities with high concentration of employment population are located on the east side of the "Huhuanyong Line",and the areas with low concentration of employment population are almost located on the west side of the "Huhuanyong Line".(3)This paper constructs an analysis framework from the two dimensions of the characteristics of graduates and the characteristics of employment places, and studies the influencing factors of college graduates’ willingness to return home for employment.Compared with OLS and GWR models, the MGWR model has better fitting effect. On the whole, the impact of various variables on the return employment of college graduates shows obvious spatial heterogeneity from east to west. The factors such as education background, serving as a cadre, average school achievement, expected post type, local employment policy, employment place in line with living habits, and local education, medical care, social security, and general public service expenditure will have a significant impact on the return employment of college graduates.
