| Staff training is an important part of human resource management.It is one of the important ways of enterprise human capital increment.With the continuous intensification of market competition,staff training has become an important way for enterprises to tap talent potential,develop innovative ability and enhance core competitiveness.This paper researches the staff training in Juss Sports.It puts forward a series of methods which will improve its staff training to overcome the challenges and obstacles of its current staff training.First of all,this paper combs the theoretical and practical research results of staff training and expounds the concept of staff training,the contents of staff training and the relevant theories of staff training to lay the theoretical foundation for future research.Second,from the general situation of development of Juss Sports,organization structure,human resource structure and training situation,by using literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and so on,it carries on the research of this paper which analyzes the training situation and existing problems.It has explored the problems of“inadequate training need surveys,outdated training contents and methods,weak training teachers,a simple way to evaluate training effect” in the staff training.Then,the reasons behind the problems are analyzed and the optimization scheme are proposed from four aspects of “an in-depth analysis of training needs,improving the contents and methods of staff training,optimization of training teacher team construction and improving training effect evaluation scheme” combined with theoretical basis.Through the study of Juss Sports,this paper hopes to improve the current staff training situation of the enterprise and provide some reference for the optimization strategy of staff training in other similar enterprises. |
