| We have more and more ways to learn knowledge during the informatization’s explosive development.Online education can break through the limitation of time and space,improving everyone’s learning efficiency and enhancing everyone’s learning initiative.Online education has been recognized by more and more people,as well as various emerging online education and training institutions have greater development potential.However,affected by the coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and the economic environment,many training institutions need to transform and develop.In the process of transformation and development,Z Company has found that there are problems in the training management of the staffs of the teaching department.In order to solve the problems of training management of employees in the teaching department of Z Company,this thesis employs diversified methods and uses structured training system、Goldstein Analysis Model and Kirkpatrick Model to get ahold of the problems existing in the training management of employees in the teaching department of Z Company: less-thorough analysis of training needs,the weak standardization of training courses,the insufficient training instructor’s ability,and the imperfect training evaluation system.The causes of the problems in the training management of the staffs in the teaching department of Z Company are classified and analyzed: the causes of the problems in the training demand analysis,the causes of the problems in the training courses,the causes of the problems in the training instructors,and the causes of the problems in the training evaluation system.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the staff training management of the teaching department of Z Company and the related reasons,the targeted optimization measures are proposed.The optimization measures for training demand analysis include setting up a training demand analysis team for the staffs of the teaching department on the institution level,issuing training demand questionnaires on the level of teaching tasks,and adding a suggestion column for personal training needs on the teaching platform of the staffs of the teaching department.The optimization measures for training courses are to arrange training courses according to the teaching subjects of the staffs of the teaching department,launch micro courses on the mobile platform of teaching department staffs and set diversified training courses.The optimization measures for training lecturers include adopting various teaching methods in the training classes of training lecturers,selecting part-time training lecturers from excellent teaching department employees,and strengthening the training of training lecturers on the skills of using the training platform.The optimization measures for the training evaluation system are to increase the trial teaching evaluation of the training content for the staffs of the teaching department,regularly observe the teaching classes of the staffs of the teaching department after the training,and improve the training evaluation results and performance evaluation mechanism.At the same time,the implementation and guarantee of optimization measures are studied.This research is instrumental in solving the problem of staff training management in the teaching department of Z Company and optimizing the staff training management in the teaching department of Z Company.It is conducive to promoting the construction of the teaching staffs of Z Company,helping Z Company better transform,developing and improving the core competitiveness of Z Company.It is hoped to provide certain reference value for the teacher training in the educational scientific industry,as well as for the targeted staff training management of other institutions. |
