In the development of volleyball,the general course of physical education in colleges and universities is always to cultivate students with the ability to organize volleyball teaching,after-school training,extracurricular activities and volleyball competition,which is a compulsory course for students majoring in physical education.However,under the influence of the long-term exam-oriented education system concept,the concept of volleyball teaching is backward,the teaching methods have no traditional innovation,and can not mobilize students’ interest in learning and improve their technology.Moston’s reciprocal teaching method is a teaching method that improves the teaching effect by setting observers and practitioners in the form of group cooperation in teaching activities,realizing effective interaction and timely feedback according to the standard cards set by teachers.This study takes the teaching experiment of the general teaching of volleyball in physical education,Teaching experimental methods,questionnaire survey methods and mathematical statistics methods,Two 2021 students were randomly selected from 2 classes and 1 group as the experimental objects for the 12-week teaching experiment,Explore the influence of Moston’s reciprocal teaching method on students’ physical quality,basic skills,learning interest,and post-teaching effect,And compare its advantages and disadvantages with traditional teaching methods,Provide reference for the reform and improvement of professional volleyball teaching methods in physical education in China,Enrich the volleyball teaching methods.The results indicate that:(1)There is no obvious difference in improving physical fitness.After the experiment,the experimental group of Moston’s reciprocal teaching method and the control group of traditional teaching method improved significantly before the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the two teaching methods after the experiment.(2)Moston’s reciprocity method is more helpful to improve the basic skills of volleyball.After the experiment,both the experimental group and the control group improved the basic skills of volleyball,but the technical improvement of the control group was not significant,and the experimental group had significant differences in the technical skills and technical evaluation test of the passing ball.(3)Moston’s reciprocal teaching method is more helpful to improve students’ interest in learning.The students in the experimental group can actively cooperate with the teachers’ teaching,actively think about and solve problems.The students’ strong participation reflects the main role of the students,and their interest in learning is significantly improved.(4)Compared with the traditional teaching method,Moston’s reciprocal teaching method is more helpful to improve the teaching effect.After the experiment,it was learned that the students in the experimental group were significantly different from the control group in terms of teaching form,teaching methods,teaching atmosphere and teaching satisfaction.
