| Physical education is an important part of higher education and one of the important contents to measure the quality of education.With the rapid development of tennis in China,tennis has become a popular elective course in public physical education in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to improve the teaching quality of public sports tennis has become an urgent problem for tennis educators in colleges and universities.At present,public sports tennis courses in colleges and universities mainly adopt the traditional teaching which takes teachers as the main body to provide information feedback to many students.The Ministry of Education has repeatedly issued relevant policies to advocate and promote physical education teachers in colleges and universities to make full use of various teaching resources and innovate talent training models.Moston reciprocity teaching method is a physical education teaching mode from teacher-oriented to student-oriented,and teachers are no longer the only subject to provide information feedback.In addition,wechat software is not limited by time and space,easy to operate and other characteristics have gradually attracted the attention of the majority of physical education workers.Based on the theoretical basis of "the principle of combining intuition and thinking,that is,physical education teachers should fully utilize various intuitive methods to mobilize students’ various senses to perceive the teaching materials",this study organically combines "wechat +" with "Moston reciprocal teaching method" and forms the "Moston reciprocal teaching method" assisted by "wechat +".And it is applied to the teaching of public sports tennis in colleges and universities.This paper studies the application of Moston reciprocal teaching method assisted by "wechat +" in the teaching of public sports tennis in colleges and universities,and verifies its scientificity and effectiveness through a comparative analysis of the real data obtained and the traditional teaching.Using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment as the main research methods,a total of56 students from two elective classes of public sports tennis course in Inner Mongolia Normal University were taken as experimental objects,and pre-test screening was conducted to ensure that students from the two classes could carry out experimental research without significant differences.The experimental class adopted the "wechat +" assisted Moston reciprocal teaching method,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching method.The 8-week teaching experiment was carried out in a single-blind way.Finally,the data of the two classes were collated and compared through the post-test,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)In terms of physical fitness,the physical fitness of both classes has improved,but there is no significant difference,indicating that the effect of Moston reciprocal teaching method assisted by "wechat +" is close to that of traditional teaching method in improving the physical fitness of college students.(2)In terms of tennis skills,all the tennis technical indexes of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class,and the test scores of forehand straight line,forehand diagonal line,backhand straight line and backhand diagonal line showed significant differences,and the scores of serving and technical evaluation showed very significant differences.This indicates that Moston’s reciprocal teaching method with the assistance of "wechat +" is more conducive to improving college students’ tennis skills.(3)There are significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in the four dimensions of novelty,attention,pleasure and overall interest in the tennis classroom situational interest scale,and there are significant differences in the exploratory dimension,and the experimental class scores higher than the control class.However,there was no significant difference between the two classes in the score of challenge dimension.It shows that the "wechat +" assisted Moston reciprocal teaching method can effectively improve the classroom novelty,attention,pleasure,general interest and exploration.(4)Through teaching experiments,Moston reciprocal teaching method assisted by "wechat +" is helpful to optimize the teaching methods of public sports tennis courses in colleges and universities. |
