Research On The Experiment Of Exploratory Teaching Method In Ordinary College Tennis Elective Course

With the development of society and the need of curriculum teaching reform,the reform of curriculum teaching in colleges and universities presents a new development trend,which clearly points out that teaching methods should pay attention to individuation and diversification,and emphasizes that teachers should strengthen the guidance of students’ learning and practice methods,so as to improve students’ thinking ability and practice ability."Inquiry-based" teaching method,as an innovative teaching method,not only conforms to the needs of college physical education curriculum reform,but also conforms to the direction of teaching reform.The essence of "inquisitorial" teaching method is to highlight "teacher guidance","student group communication and cooperation" and "active exploration",to highlight the principal position of students,so that students can cultivate the ability of thinking,exploring and solving problems through active exploration and discovery,so as to increase the autonomy and openness of teaching.In this paper,the application of "inquisition" teaching method in college tennis elective courses as the research object,the use of "expert interview method","literature method","experiment method" and other methods,taking the 2020 grade of physical education College of Gannan Normal University tennis elective course students(female)as the experimental object,the students were randomly divided into two groups,16 weeks(32 class hours)teaching experiment.Before the experiment,it was ensured that there were no obvious differences between the two groups of students in terms of physical fitness,tennis skill assessment skills,and tennis learning interest.After the experiment,the physical fitness,tennis skills(baseline moving forehand stroke,baseline moving backhand stroke,overhand serve,etc.)of the two groups of students were evaluated,and the interest level of tennis learning was investigated by questionnaire,and the difference was tested.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 16 weeks of teaching experiment intervention,students in the experimental group can basically understand and grasp the key and difficult points of tennis technology in the process of exploring and learning tennis skills,and master the technical movements of tennis more standardized and accurately.The improvement of tennis skills is higher than that of students in the control group.It shows that "inquisitive" teaching method has better effect on improving students’ tennis skills.(2)After 16 weeks of teaching experiment intervention,the experimental group of students’ tennis learning interest in each dimension index test results improved more than the control group,indicating that "inquisitive" teaching method can improve students’ initiative to learn tennis enthusiasm,let students explore tennis independently,take the initiative to participate in tennis.(3)From the perspective of teaching effect,the traditional teaching method emphasizes the teacher-centered teaching,the teaching form is monotonous,mainly based on the teacher’s explanation,demonstration and repeated practice of students,while the "inquiry" teaching method focuses on the "student as the center",emphasizes the principal position of students,carries out the concept of "students as the main,teachers as the auxiliary".In the teaching process,Attach importance to the cooperative exploration between student groups,teachers’ guidance and assistance,stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning,let students through thinking and exploring and exchanges and cooperation,cultivate students’ ability to actively think and diligently explore.
