Research On The Cultivation Mode Of Hubei Men’s Football Elite Echelon Under The Background Of The New Nationwide System

In 2015,at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the idea of "A new nationwide system under the condition of market economy".He dynamically combined the institutional advantages of socialism in pooling resources to accomplish major tasks with the initiative advantages of market allocation of resources,to explore a new nationwide system under the conditions of market economy.In this paper,the author studied the training mode of combining the whole nation system with market forces under the background of the new national system in Hubei Elite Men’s Football Team,through the research methods such as literature data,field investigation,comparative analysis and expert interview,and drew the following conclusions:By making full use of their respective advantages of the nationwide system and the market mechanism,the establishment of Hubei Football Association-Xinghui Youth Training Academy has achieved good results in training reserve football talents.But at the same time,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the training process of reserve talents.In terms of training concept,Xinghui Youth Training Academy of Hubei Football Association has determined the goal to promote the comprehensive and long-term development of players in the long-term,to train excellent players for Chinese national teams at all levels,participate in world and intercontinental competitions,and send players for the five major European leagues.In terms of the athletes selection,it get rid of the realistic dilemma of Hubei Province,and realized the national selection of outstanding youth football talents.However,the Hubei players are relatively low,and the development benefits of Hubei players are limited.In terms of athletes training,the Academy has made full use of both the wonderful training field and living facilities of Hubei Football Management Center,and high-level foreign coaches together with perfect compound coach team to improve the teaching level and cultivate "five-star standard" players facing the world.While foreign coaches have problems in training,such as insufficient training time and insufficient training intensity for the lack of information on athletes’ physical disadvantages compare to athletes in other areas of China.In terms of athletes competition,it has built a competition system from home to abroad,from the youth to the professional teams,but the quantity and quality of competitions are both limited so far.In terms of management,ACME Lingxi Intelligent Management software is introduced to conduct intelligent management for each echelon,but there are still deficiencies in the cultivation of quality assurance system.In terms of funding support,the state financial appropriation provides stable financial guarantee for each echelon,and social funds works as a supplement at the same time,to fully ensure the stable and sufficient funding investment.In terms of player transfer and learning guarantee,we strive to ensure that each athlete can enter the professional field while ensuring the necessary cultural courses of learning,so as to relieve their worries at home.However,the overall adoption of the European youth director responsibility system and the model of foreign head coaches in the daily management of the team is relatively loose,resulting in a poor style of the team.Judging from the effectiveness of cooperation in the past three years,the two have great complementarity in the training of football reserve talents and have achieved substantial results.It is hoped that through the research and summary of this paper,it can provide solutions for some problems existing in the training process of Hubei Football Association-Xinghui Youth Training College,and also provide a realistic basis for the methodology of national system innovation.
