| The importance of the sports industry,the heat of the fitness industry,the public fitness demand is increasing.But at the same time,the disadvantages of traditional fitness clubs are deliberately amplified,and the transformation and development of traditional fitness clubs become an unthinking problem.With the emergence of Internet +,online and offline are better combined together,and the Internet and new retail are cleverly integrated into the development model of the sports industry.In this case,a new type of intelligent fitness club,represented by Fast intelligent fitness,has emerged.It has a great impact on traditional fitness clubs and profoundly changed the fitness industry.It can be predicted that traditional health clubs need to shift to the direction of the Internet,or they may be out of the shuffle.In this paper,the operation and management of the intelligent fitness club are studied by the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The main research contents include the operation mode,product quality,service quality,human resources and capital operation of the fitness club.Finally,a comparative study is conducted with traditional fitness clubs to provide effective methods and measures for reference for the transformation of traditional fitness clubs and promote the transformation of traditional clubs from traditional to intelligent.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There are many problems in China’s traditional health clubs,the most prominent of which is the single profit model,high investment cost,old marketing model,and lack of attractiveness,which makes the club bear greater pressure in the long-term operation and difficult to achieve healthy and sustainable development.(2)Kuaikuai Intelligent Fitness constantly innovates in marketing models,such as 24-hour business model,to create the third space in the city and the operation model combined with new retail,and pays more attention to people’s feelings.At the same time,these new models also have some problems to be improved.(3)The self-developed courses,intelligent fitness equipment and intelligent operation system are its core products,and its core competitiveness lies in constantly researching and updating its own products(4)Kuai Kuai Intelligent Fitness Club has operation characteristics such as the combination of online and offline,"small but fine" venue,diversified characteristic courses,standard training system for coaches and staff,and efficient management mode.(5)The traditional fitness club should learn the characteristics of the operation and management of the fast intelligent fitness club,the software and hardware facilities from the traditional to the intelligent,the business form from large and comprehensive to small and fine,the business model from the traditional to the sharing,the profit mode from the single to the comprehensive transformation,more attention should be paid to the training of coaches and staff. |
