High school period is a crucial time for students to get academic achievement and develop their physical and mental well-being,but learning burnout caused by current society,family,education and other factors has a negative impact on both these areas.Some High school students suffer form Learning burnout frequently.They believe that having to complete demanding learning duties leaves them psychologically and physically burnout,unable to handle them,lacking in any sense of accomplishment.Therefore,one of the issues in psychology and pedagogy that requires immediate attention is the issue of Learning burnout among High school students.As a positive aspect of psychological power,Positive psychology’s major research focus is Psychological capital.It is a state of mind that can be established and nurtured via the process of personal educational development.It can help students prevent and alleviate Learning burnout,its cultivation is more important today.School bonding reflects High school students’ identification and belonging to school and emotional support from teachers and classmates,which is one of the important emotional supports which High school students can get.It has a significant impact on their academic burnout and can not be ignored on the cultivation of students’ Psychological capital.Some research shows that school bonging is significantly related to Learning burnout,and it also plays an important role in cultivating students’ Psychological capital.This paper mainly studies the relationship between School bonding,Psychological capital and Learning burnout of High school students,and finally puts forward reasonable educational countermeasures to prevent and alleviate learning burnout according to our research conclusions.Oriented by High school students’ Learning burnout problem,this study used a questionnaire to gather data on High school students’ Learning burnout,Psychological capital,and School bonding.It then used SPSS 25.0 to examine the current state of the three variables and their relationships,and it came to the following conclusions:1.The holistic School bonding of High school students is above the median value of measurement table,but School bonding and classmate support and low sense of achievement dimensions have an obvious downward trend with increase of grade.There is no significant difference in School bonding between gender,students’ origin,class cadre and only child or not,but it is closely related to students’ classroom performance.Students with more active classroom performance have higher School bonding.2.High school students have a good level of Psychological capital in general,and the Psychological capital of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,but Psychological capital of senior three students is significantly lower than that of senior one and senior two students.The students with better academic performance and more active classroom performance have higher Psychological capital.There was no significant difference in the level of Psychological capital among students with different original place,the only child or not,class cadre or not.High school students show positive and optimistic emotions and hope for their future,but poor mental toughness.3.Learning burnout among high school students is at a moderate level,but especially prominent with physical and mental exhaustion and low sense of achievement.High school students’ learn burnout has an obvious rising trend as the increase of the grade.The higher the grade,the more serious Learning burnout.It is significantly related to scholarship and classroom performance,the students with the poorer the scholarship or the less active classroom performance have higher level of learning burnout situation.4.Both Psychological capital and School bonding of High school students are negatively correlated with Learning burnout.Both of them can affect students’ academic burnout situation and can be used to negative predict students’ learning burnout level.Both School bonding and Psychological capital can significantly affect students’ Learning burnout.5.High school students’ Psychological capital plays a significant partial intermediary effect between School bonding and Learning burnout.School bonding can not only significantly affect students’ Learning burnout directly,but also indirectly affect the level of Learning burnout through Psychological capital.According to the above research results,in order to prevent and alleviate the Learning burnout of High school students and improve the level of students’ Psychological capital and School bonding,the following educational countermeasures are proposed:1.Enrich the campus life of High school students and improve their School bonding level.2.Strengthen the cultivation of students’ anti-setback ability,and giving positive feedback to enhance students’ sense of self-efficacy.3.Lighten the burden of High school students with multiform activities,reduce the level of Learning burnout.
