Conflicts between family and kindergarten are characterized by suddenness,harmfulness,uncertainty,urgency,and proliferation.As a complex process full of challenges,adaptive leadership in their handling is crucial to the ability of school principals to guide faculty members to successfully resolve homestead conflicts in complex environments.This study compiled a self compiled questionnaire on the adaptive leadership level of kindergarten principals in home conflicts.The questionnaire structure includes five dimensions: conflict prevention preparedness,conflict signal detection,adverse impact control,kindergarten business resilience,and afterthought learning and thinking.Using a random stratified sampling method,650 garden directors from Shandong,Henan,Shanxi,Liaoning,and other regions were investigated,and the following conclusions were reached:1.The overall level of adaptive leadership of the kindergarten head is high,but uneven.Among them,the score of control of adverse effects is the highest,while the score of preparation for conflict prevention and thinking after learning is slightly lower.2.In the contradiction between home and home,the adaptive leadership level of kindergarten head is different in different demographic variables such as age,position,education background,nature of kindergarten,number of classes,etc.With the growth of age,the level of adaptive leadership of kindergarten principals is on the rise as a whole,and the level of adaptive leadership of kindergarten principals aged 25-30 is the lowest;The adaptive leadership level of the principal is higher than that of the deputy principal;The level of adaptive leadership of principals is positively correlated with the level of education.The level of adaptive leadership of principals with undergraduate and graduate degrees is significantly higher than that of principals with junior college,technical secondary school and below;The adaptive leadership level of the principals of enterprises and government parks is significantly higher than that of the principals of other types of parks;The adaptive leadership level of kindergartens with large classes and large scale is significantly higher than that of kindergartens with small classes and small scale.3.The adaptive leadership level of kindergarten principals in the conflict between their homes can be divided into three types,including the “careless and resourceful type”: poor performance in all dimensions;“Four levels and eight stable types”:balanced performance in all dimensions;“Perfection type”: superior performance in all dimensions.Currently,the adaptive leadership of kindergarten principals is more of a “perfection type”(67.5%),followed by “four levels and eight levels of stability”(29.2%),and finally,a “light thinking and shallow strategy type”(3.2%).Among them,the most ideal type accounts for the largest proportion,while the middle type and the least ideal type account for a relatively small proportion,indicating that the overall performance of adaptive leadership of kindergarten principals is good,while only a small number of kindergarten principals have poor adaptive leadership performance in the conflict between their homes.Propose optimization suggestions based on the adaptive leadership level of the kindergarten head: cultivate an introspective development concept of coexistence of“safety” and “danger”;Establish a scientific view of handling both“people” and“things”;Adhere to the concept of home communication that integrates “emotion”and“reason”.Propose optimization suggestions based on the type of adaptive leadership of the kindergarten head: learn the knowledge of home relationship management and lay the foundation for “depth” of adaptive leadership;Develop a comprehensive management concept and expand the “width” of adaptive leadership;Innovate the home relationship management model and enhance the “height” of adaptive leadership.adaptive leadership of the kindergarten head: learn the knowledge of home relationship management and lay the foundation for the “depth” of adaptive leadership;Form a comprehensive management concept and expand the “width” of adaptive leadership;Innovate the home relationship management mode and improve the “height” of adaptive leadership.
