With the development of the digital age,digital learning and innovation literacy have become an indispensable and important accomplishment for current students,and information technology courses shoulder the important task of cultivating students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.The 2022 Edition of Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education clearly states that the core qualities to be cultivated in information technology courses mainly include information awareness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation,and information social responsibility.In order to adapt to the life of the information society,it is very important to improve students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.Based on improving the purpose of junior high school students digital learning and innovation accomplishment,this study first through the literature analysis at home and abroad for digital learning and innovation literacy research and the application of project-based learning,found that the current to improve students’ digital learning and innovation accomplishment of specific project-based learning process research,and advocate promote the core of students quality through project-based learning.Second,through the questionnaires to students and teachers interview way,the present situation of the digital learning and innovation literacy survey analysis,found that the current junior high school information technology course is widespread in the student understanding of digital learning tools,innovation ability is weak,teachers can not master the effective way of digital learning and innovation accomplishment.In order to make the improvement of students’ digital learning and innovation literacy more specific and systematic,this study tries to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of project-based learning to improve the digital learning and innovation literacy of junior high school students.Then,based on the constructivism learning theory,pragmatic education theory and situational learning theory,the general teaching process of project-based learning was designed,and the teaching experiment was organized and implemented.Finally,through the questionnaire survey,student interview and classroom observation,the experimental results of the students’ performance and changes were compared before and after the experiment,and then the experimental conclusion is verified.The research results show that the application project-based learning has certain positive value for improving the digital learning and innovation literacy of junior high school students.Especially in the aspects of students’ use of information tool literacy,information acquisition literacy,information processing literacy and innovation literacy,the comparison of students before and after the experiment is significantly different,while in terms of information immunization literacy,the improvement effect is relatively general.In the process of participating in the project-based learning,students can show their own subject status,give full play to their own initiative and creativity,and finally realize the development of digital learning and innovation literacy.
