Study On The Relationship Between Population Quality And County Economic Development In Sunan County

The development of science and technology has gradually become the biggest driving force for regional development,and the basis for supporting the development of science and technology is high-quality talents.In today’s environment,China faces the problem of how to turn the "demographic dividend" into a "talent dividend",and we should fully understand the importance of improving the quality of the population.On the basis of this,we should develop strategies according to the different economic development of each region to achieve high-quality economic development.This paper uses quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the population quality in Sunan Yugu Autonomous County and to measure the impact of population quality on economic development,and finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on the data.In the first part of this paper,the background and significance of the study are explained,the domestic and international studies on population quality and population quality evaluation system are reviewed and summarized,followed by a review and analysis of the above-mentioned literature,and the theories related to population quality and economic growth,and the mechanism of the impact of population quality on economic development are sorted out and analyzed,and finally the research methodology of this paper is explained.In the second part,the concepts related to population quality and the population index system constructed in this paper are explained,followed by the analysis of the current situation of population quality and economic development in Sunan County,and the evaluation and calculation of population quality in Sunan County.In the third part,an empirical analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of population quality on economic development by establishing a data model on the population data of Sunan County and the surrounding counties from 2000 to 2020,and the results showed that the population quality of Sunan County has a more obvious impact on economic development.The fourth part analyzes the factors affecting the population quality of Sunan County in terms of cultural quality,labor skill quality,and physical quality based on the field survey results.Finally,based on the above data empirical findings and field survey results,conclusions are drawn and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the high quality development of the economy in Sunan County according to its specific situation.
