In 2014,the state issued "several opinions on accelerating the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption" to encourage the public to participate in sports activities this initiative quickly promoted the development of trail running events,in 2018,the number of trail running events held has been close to 500,in 2019,the number of participants is more than 400,000.This is enough to show that trail running is gradually entering the public,and loved by the public 2021.522 silver trail running event after the event,trail running events and other high risk also entered the suspension phase.On October 25,2021,the State General Administration of Sports released the "14th Five-Year"Sports Development Plan,emphasizing the importance of new technologies such as 5G,big data,cloud computing,IoTt blockchain,artificial intelligence,and so on,and It also proposes a clear direction for the integration of sports to promote the sustainable development of sports industry.The purpose of the research in this paper reflects the use of big data and other technical means to dynamically monitor and evaluate the organization,management and operation status of large sports events in the face of various security risks that may exist during the start-up and operation of large sports events.By monitoring the state of risk and discovering the law of risk,we can take auxiliary decision-making tools to prevent the event from the risk and reduce the effect of disaster.This paper summarizes the current development process of risk management in China’s major sporting events through the literature method and expert interviews.The key factors and indicators related to weather are also established.The data obtained are organized through mathematical and statistical methods to analyze the trend changes and status of wind,cold and wet related indicators.Then combine the previously obtained indicators and factors.Analyze and summarizethe silver cross-country running accident by case analysis method.And take the silver cross-country running as the entry point,combined with big data means to reach a big data dynamic visualization monitoring platform.To provide scientific and technological assistance for the risk prediction and prevention of large sports events,but also through the platform for the event management to provide more,faster,better and save the new pattern of event safety risk assessment.After a series of systematic argumentation and analysis,the following conclusions and analysis are drawn.Conclusion(1)the private event security risk prevention and assessment work is not enough;(2)high-tech means and sports integration there is room for progress;(3)the event held in public safety needs big data means to help;(4)under the decentralization of national events need to be scientific and technological means to protect the economic benefits of the event.Analysis:(1)strengthen the role of big data analysis to improve the quality of event safety plan;(2)improve the event risk management mechanism based on risk identification;(3)cultivate professional compound talents of big data for event management to improve the level of event management capability;(4)strengthen the construction of data infrastructure to support the smooth operation of big data technology;(5)reasonably use the technical capability of big data to improve the event supervision capability Output;(6)promote the universality of big data technology and enhance the participation of all people in the event...
