the same time helps to achieve integrated urban and rural development.Since August 2005,when General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important thesis that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" in Yucun,Huzhou,Zhejiang Province,Huzhou has identified the positioning of urban development,continuously enriched the dialectical relationship between economic development and ecological protection,and focused on developing eco-tourism.After the rural revitalization strategy was proposed,Huzhou continued to explore the feasibility of integrated urban and rural development,and creatively put forward the concept of "undifferentiated urban and rural" in 2021.The high-quality development direction of sports tourism in Huzhou City and the main direction of building "undifferentiated urban and rural areas" also focus on rural areas,and base on the scientific use of high-quality ecological resources to help sports tourism and high-quality rural development.Since 2005,Huzhou has adhered to the principle of natural endowment,turned differences into characteristics,turned resources into advantages,and based on the characteristics of development,various regions have made great achievements in the development of eco-tourism,and at the same time opened up a road of "green and common prosperity" full of characteristics under the new economy.At present,in the face of the huge demand for sports tourism in the society,Huzhou City has once again enriched the city’s tourism business card,and is setting off a sports tourism reform to promote the organic integration of sports into global tourism,but it still needs to face a series of new challenges.Based on this,exploring the scientific development path of sports tourism in Huzhou in the process of building "undifferentiated urban and rural areas" will become one of the focuses of high-quality urban development in the future.In view of this focus,this study takes the integrated development of urban and rural areas as the background,the development characteristics of Huzhou City as the carrier,and Huzhou sports tourism as the research object,and uses the SWOT-PEST analysis model to analyze and evaluate the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of political,economic,social and technical factors in the process of sports tourism development,so as to provide suggestions for the development of sports tourism scientific characteristics in Huzhou City,and help to build "undifferentiated urban and rural areas".The specific contents are as follows:1.On the basis of using the literature method,through field investigation and interviews,the overview of urban and rural development of Huzhou City and the current situation of sports tourism development in Huzhou City are summarized,and it is concluded that Huzhou City has a good economic foundation,superior transportation location conditions,rich ecological resources,and a solid tourism foundation,and each region has distinct tourism development characteristics,and has achieved a certain scale in the formulation of sports tourism development policies and resource development.2.Through the collation and summary of literature and interviews,combined with the development of urban-rural integration in Huzhou City,the promotion mechanism provided by urban-rural integration for the development of sports tourism is analyzed: urban-rural integrated development policies support the landing of sports tourism projects,urban-rural economic integration development promotes the innovation of sports tourism business environment,urban and rural public service optimization drives the development of sports tourism-related infrastructure,urban and rural industrial structure improvement promotes the flow of sports tourism elements,urban and rural ecological environment improvement helps brand sports tourism destinations to build.3.Combined with the constructed SWOT-PEST analysis model,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of sports tourism in Huzhou City are analyzed from the perspectives of political,economic,social and technical factors,and the dilemmas still facing its development are obtained: policy planning needs to be refined,supporting construction needs to be optimized,brand building needs to be formed,and innovation ability needs to be improved.4.On the basis of the above analysis,put forward a development path that conforms to the characteristics of Huzhou City: clarify the development direction and improve the system and mechanism;Expand the application of science and technology and enrich the industrial chain;Innovative resource development to build city brands;Create healthy competition and form a regulated
