| Research objectives :The main physiological indexes of subjects with different exercise levels under the classical aerobic interval training(AIT)mode and the energy supply levels of the three major energy supply systems were measured to explore the physiological characteristics and energy metabolism characteristics during aerobic interval training, and to provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the follow-up research and application of aerobic interval training mode.Research method :A total of 11 athletes and ordinary runners aged 18-25 were selected for incremental load test and AIT acute test. The incremental load test was carried out on the treadmill to determine the maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max)and the maximum oxygen uptake running speed(v VO2max)of the subjects for the follow-up study. The AIT acute test collected subjects ’oxygen uptake(VO2max),heart rate(HR),lactic acid(BLA),ventilation(VE)and respiratory exchange rate(RER)during exercise, and calculated the energy supply levels of the three energy metabolism systems.Statistical result :(1)Physiological indicators : VO2,HR,VE and BLA in the athlete group and the ordinary runner group showed an increasing trend during exercise, and the peak values of VO2 were 39.82 ± 2.97 ml / kg / min and 41.30 ± 2.29 ml / kg / min, respectively. The peak HR were 171.09 ± 1.96 b / min and 86.58 ± 2.18 b / min respectively. The peak values of VE were 1.33 ± 0.16 L / kg / min and 1.62 ± 0.25 L / kg / min, respectively. The peak values of BLA were 6.54 ± 2.82 m M and 11.13 ± 0.71 m M,respectively. The peak values of RER were0.97 ± 0.07 and 1.03 ± 0.06,respectively.(2)Energy metabolism index : The energy supply of the athletes group and the ordinary runner group was stable during exercise, and the peak values were 0.31 ± 0.06 KJ / kg and 0.53 ± 0.07 KJ / kg,respectively. The energy supply of glycolysis showed a downward trend, and the peak values were 0.28 ± 0.1 KJ / kg and 0.26 ±0.0 KJ / kg,respectively. The peak values of aerobic energy supply were 1.26 ± 0.05 KJ / kg and 1.38 ± 0.06 KJ / kg,respectively.(3)VO2,HR,VE,BLA,and RER in the athlete group all had an effect size with ordinary runners(d > 0.8).Research conclusions:(1)The physiological response of the subjects to complete the 10 × 400 m test conforms to the typical physiological characteristics of aerobic interval training.(2)The 10 × 400 m test can make the body ’s aerobic energy supply level remain stable, the glycolytic energy supply level showed a slow downward trend, and the phosphate energy supply level remained stable.(3)The physiological response and metabolic level of athletes during aerobic interval training are lower than those of ordinary runners, but the overall trend is similar. |
