Football belongs to the physical dominant class speed endurance group of sports,physical demands for athletes is very high,combined with the diversity and complexity of the sport,the athlete’s game is in extremely high intensity and complex environment,rapid expansion complex training is usually considered only suitable for adult elite athletes,but before adolescence and adolescent children may also benefit from rapid expansion complex training.The development trend of modern football: the acceleration of the transition of attack and defense and the physical confrontation is increasingly fierce,which requires football players to run on the field to complete more tactical requirements.Movement speed as the guarantee of football players on the field,is the support of many tactical requirements for football players on the field,so how to improve the movement speed is particularly important.Young football players lack training methods to improve their movement speed,so how to improve their movement speed has become a problem that we cannot be ignored.Objective: In the paper,the U14 echelon football players of SIPG,and selected five test indicators reflecting the moving speed of the experiment from the starting point of the moving speed of the football team.Methods: The research of this paper is mainly based on experimental method and mathematical statistics method,supplemented by literature data method,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method.Through the experiment,20 football players from U14 echelon of SIPG were intervened.The experimental group used rapid telescopic complex training,and the control group used rope ladder combined with sprint training and multi-directional moving speed training.In the study,five test indexes,left arrow run,right arrow run,five meters accelerated run,10 meters accelerated run,30 meters accelerated run and a total,were selected,and SPSS PRO software was used to make statistical analysis of the experimental data between groups and within groups.Results: After 8 weeks of rapid expansion training,all the test indicators in the control group were different in one test indicator,and four indicators;among the four,and one showed no difference.conclusion:(1)Before and after experimental data analysis,fast and complex training effectively improve the movement speed of the athletes,the experimental group in five moving speed test,five indicators test results are significant difference,and control test data after comparison,four significant difference,there is no difference,data results analysis to improve experimental group is better than the control group.(2)After the data analysis before and after the experiment,the movement speed of all the athletes was improved,and the improvement of the athletes in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(3)The control group also combined the rope ladder and the multi-directional running training method on the field ladder to improve the movement speed of the athletes.
