| After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China introduced the former Soviet Union’s physical education model,that is,the sports skills teaching model.This teaching model mainly imparts sports skills to teachers,and the irrigation model enables students to master the sports skills as the main body of the teaching model.The traditional physical education model has played an important role in the physical education cause in the era of industrial education in China.On the other hand,the Chinese Higher Education Commission included bodybuilding in the physical education curriculum of colleges and universities in the1990 s.The introduction of fitness and fitness courses in colleges and universities enriches the construction of sports disciplines,and also provides a prerequisite for filling the reserve talent pool of the sports.However,the development history of fitness and fitness project is relatively short,and the establishment and opening of courses in colleges and universities is still in the initial stage,which brings new requirements for physical education in colleges and universities,so it is urgent to find a teaching model suitable for fitness and fitness courses in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper tries to apply the small-group teaching mode to the teaching of fitness and fitness elective courses in colleges and universities,to provide a new idea for the reform and development of fitness and fitness courses in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to study the teaching effect of the public elective course of fitness and fitness in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.88 students from four classes in two semesters are taken as experimental objects,and the small-group teaching model of "heterogeneous within groups,homogenous between groups" and the traditional physical education teaching model are adopted for teaching.Through the investigation and comparison of theoretical performance,special ability,physical dimension,fitness behavior habits,sports ethics,student satisfaction six indicators,combined with the special characteristics of fitness and fitness experimental research.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)The degree of achievement of teaching objectives of fitness and fitness courses:Compared with traditional physical education teaching mode,the small-group teaching mode in fitness and fitness courses is helpful to guide students to develop in a coordinated way of "theory and technology".The experimental class with small group teaching mode showed more significant difference(p < 0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in increasing the physical dimension(p > 0.05).(2)Behavioral habits and sports ethics: Compared with traditional teaching mode,small-group teaching mode is accepted and recognized by most students,which is helpful to cultivate students’ exercise behavior and habits and promote the development of good sports ethics(p < 0.05).(3)Exploration and application of small and medium-sized group teaching mode in fitness and bodybuilding courses: Small group teaching mode emphasizes the grouping teaching means of "intra-group heterogeneity and inter-group homogeneity",which puts forward higher requirements on teachers’ classroom control ability in terms of local grouping and overall competition.While giving play to students’ subjectivity,we should also attach great importance to the safety and order of the classroom to ensure the organization and planning of teaching. |
