Research purpose:With the development of the times, traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of modern teaching. As one of the important places to train sports talents, sports colleges should innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality when students learn sports skills. The forehand and backhand technique of tennis is an important part of the whole tennis technique.Through classroom teaching observation and literature review,it is learned that most of the hitting teaching focuses in tennis courses in colleges and universities are mostly in the basic state, and the traditional language plus instruction teaching method is used.Such teaching mode and teaching method are often not targeted, and although it has some help in improving the hitting ability,it is often time-consuming and inefficient. To improve learning efficiency in a limited time,we need to change teaching methods and ideas. For beginners, the cultivation of a sense of rhythm is crucial to the improvement of tennis skills. Most beginners can’t play the unstable ball because they don’t understand the rhythm of the ball. Therefore,in the limited teaching time,it is a problem that needs to be solved to enable students to better master motor skills.Research method:This study takes 20 tennis majors from the Xi’an Institute of Physical Education as the experimental objects. The research is carried out through literature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, experimental methods, and other research methods. Before the experiment,20 students were divided into two groups. The experimental group adopted the rhythm training method, and the control group adopted the traditional training method. The two groups of students underwent an8-week intervention, and assessed the five aspects of the tennis majors’ ball sense, the depth, accuracy, and technical action of the forward and reverse racket, and the number of rounds. The results of the study:(1)In terms of the ball sense test, there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)In terms of sensitive quality, there is no significant difference in the performance of the two groups of students.(p>0.05).(3)In the depth of baseline stroke, there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05);There was a highly significant difference in backhand stroke depth(p<0.01).(4)In terms of the accuracy of baseline stroke, there was a highly significant difference between the two groups of students in the accuracy of forehand and backhand stroke(p<0.01).(5)In terms of technical action evaluation, there were significant differences between the two groups of students’ forehand and backhand stroke technical evaluation scores(p<0.05).(6)In terms of the number of rounds, there was a significant difference between the two groups of students in the test of the number of rounds(p<0.05).Research conclusions: 1.The application of the rhythm training method to tennis front and backhand teaching has not significantly improved the student‘s sense of ball ability,so it can be explained that there is no difference in the impact of the two training methods on the sense of the ball.2.The application of the rhythm training method to the front and backhand teaching of tennis has not significantly improved the sensitive quality of students,so it can show that there is no difference in the impact of the two training methods on the sensitive quality.3.The use of the rhythm training method in the front and backhand teaching of tennis has been significantly improved in the depth, accuracy and action evaluation of students’ batting. Therefore,it can be explained that the method of adding auditory stimulation signals during training is used to deform the ball due to the lack of rhythm of hitting the ball. The improvement effect is significantly better than the traditional training method.4.Applying the rhythm training method to the front and backhand teaching of tennis has significantly improved students‘ ability to play rounds. Therefore,it can be explained that compared with the traditional training method, the rhythm training method can improve the adaptability of students’ nerve muscles to the ball faster and more efficiently in a relatively short time,so as to improve students‘ ability to play rounds. |
