"Happy Reading" is a new section in the Ministry of Education’s primary school language textbook,which is a concrete implementation of the whole book reading concept in the Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standard(2022 Edition).This column has effectively solved the problem of marginalised extra-curricular reading and bridged the gap between students’ reading inside and outside the classroom.Through the analysis of existing research results,it can be seen that the development of column teaching is showing a positive development trend,but because the Ministry of textbooks have not been in use for a long time,the current column teaching still has certain problems,so the author seeks to research the current situation and strategies of teaching the "Happy Reading Bar" column in the third grade to provide front-line column teaching Therefore,the author aims to provide reference and reference column teaching strategies for front-line column teaching,in order to further improve the level of column teaching.This study is based on a review of the existing research literature and an analysis of the"Happy Reading Bar" column in the third grade,and takes the language teachers and students of the third grade in primary schools A,B and C in Songyuan City as the research objects."Through the analysis of the survey results,we know that the following problems exist in the teaching of the column: firstly,the teachers’ own reading level is limited;secondly,the teachers’ awareness of reading guidance is weak;thirdly,the teachers’ preparation for the teaching of the column is insufficient;fourthly,the teachers’ implementation of the column teaching is unreasonable;fifthly,the evaluation mechanism of the teachers’ column teaching is not perfect.The evaluation mechanism of teachers’ column teaching is not perfect.The reasons for this,from the teacher level,first,teaching workload,ignoring their own reading growth;second,teaching teaching concept lags behind,the column understanding is not thorough;Finally,reading teaching theory knowledge is insufficient,column teaching implementation capacity is limited.From the school level,first,lack of teachers "happy reading bar" column teaching theory and practice training;second,teachers and students reading resources are not sufficient,campus reading atmosphere is not strong;finally,the column teachers teaching and students reading outside the classroom does not play a supervisory role.Based on the above research,this paper will put forward five points for the first line of the third section of "happy reading bar" column teaching reference and use of teaching strategies: first,teachers should focus on their own professional development,improve the column teaching level;second,teachers should actively do column teaching preparation;third,teachers should enrich and improve the column teaching curriculum types Fourth,teachers should build a scientific evaluation mechanism for column teaching;Fifth,schools should open up new ways for teachers to teach columns and students to read outside the classroom.
