As an important component of primary school moral education,the teaching of moral and rule of law courses in primary schools has an important disciplinary characteristic of liveliness,which requires a dialogue between various subjects in the teaching of moral and rule of law in primary schools.In the current classroom teaching of moral and the rule of law in primary schools,there is a wide range of dialogues,but not all dialogues are of practical significance.As an educational concept,dialogue teaching runs through teaching practice and plays an important role in cultivating students’ comprehensive abilities.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize the dialogue between various subjects to maximize its effectiveness.This study mainly uses three research methods: literature,investigation and observation to understand the current situation of the use of dialogue teaching in the moral and rule of law classroom in primary schools and make targeted optimization suggestions.Take Z Primary School in Mudanjiang City as an example to investigate students and teachers of moral and rule of law,and prepare a classroom observation scale based on the LICC classroom observation model designed and developed by Cui Yunhuo and the IRE classroom dialogue structure of Sato Manabu,and observe the classroom teaching of moral and rule of law in primary schools based on the observation scale and the designed classroom dialogue teaching model of moral and rule of law in primary schools,Understand the situation of dialogue teaching in the classroom teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools.Through investigation and observation,the problems existing in the current classroom dialogue teaching of morality and rule of law in primary schools are summarized as follows: the unequal status of dialogue,the imperfect rules of dialogue,the single form of dialogue,the tendency to formalize dialogue,the lack of liveliness in the dialogue process,the unreasonable evaluation of dialogue,and the poor effect of dialogue.Based on the discovery of problems,suggestions are made to optimize the implementation of dialogue in the moral and rule of law classroom in primary schools.Firstly,it is necessary to prepare for classroom dialogue,optimize the dialogue environment,formulate dialogue rules,and improve the dialogue ability of teachers and students.Then,through the requirements for dialogue topics and activity design,the classroom dialogue process can be optimized.Finally,the main body,content,object,and method of classroom evaluation are required to improve classroom dialogue evaluation.Through optimizing the classroom dialogue teaching of moral and rule of law in primary schools,this paper aims to provide reference for teaching practice and maximize the service of dialogue for teaching.
