| As an important part of China’s higher education,education in higher vocational colleges and universities undertakes the educational mission of cultivating technically skilled talents.In higher vocational colleges and universities,students mainly acquire professional knowledge and skills through professional theory classes and professional practice classes.In comparison,the professional practice class is more operational and practical,and its teaching effect depends more on whether students can participate in classroom teaching.In the process of professional practice classroom teaching,teachers respect the main position of students,create an equal dialogue environment,organize students’ skill training through guidance and demonstration,try to stimulate students’ interest in learning,mobilize students’ enthusiasm for classroom participation,and maximize students’ active participation,full participation and full participation in the professional practice classroom,which can effectively guarantee the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational institutions,improve students’ professional skill operation level,and provide skilled craftsmen and artisans for China to achieve the strategic goal of "manufacturing power".This study considers that students’ classroom participation is a way of classroom learning in which students participate in classroom teaching and learning at behavioral,cognitive and emotional levels,driven by the correct motivation in the classroom environment created by teachers.Behavioral participation refers to students’ behavioral efforts in the classroom teaching of professional practice;cognitive participation refers to students’ learning strategies that reflect their thinking level in the classroom teaching of professional practice;emotional participation refers to students’ emotional experiences in the classroom teaching of professional practice.Focusing on the theme of "students’ participation in professional practice class",this study takes the major category of equipment manufacturing as an example and selects teachers and students of related majors in seven higher vocational institutions in Shandong Province through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.The purpose of the study is to investigate the current situation of higher vocational students’ participation in professional practice classroom teaching,explore the problems and find the optimization strategies.The research content mainly contains the following parts.In the first part,we introduce the reason for selecting the topic,the significance of the study,the research idea and method,and use the literature research method to sort out the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,so as to form a basic understanding of the participation of higher vocational students in professional practice classroom.In the second part,based on the literature review,the core concepts are defined and the theories related to the classroom participation of higher vocational students in professional practice classes are outlined.In the third part,the research subjects were identified,questionnaires and interview outlines were designed to investigate the current situation of higher vocational students’ participation in professional practice classroom,and SPSS 26.0 statistical software and Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software were used to statistically analyze the questionnaire results and interview results respectively,so as to understand the behavioral,cognitive and emotional participation of higher vocational students in the process of teaching professional practice classroom and summarize the problems existed.In the fourth part,the reasons behind the existing problems of higher vocational students’ participation in the professional practice classroom are explored in depth based on the results of the previous study combined with the interview results to provide a basis for proposing optimization strategies.In the fifth part,on the basis of a basic grasp of the overall situation of current professional practice classroom participation of higher vocational students,the optimization strategies are proposed from three perspectives: school-assisted,teacher-led and student-led,in combination with the theory of interaction teaching and learning pyramid theory. |
