Pierre,the father of the Olympics Pierre de Coubertin once said,"If a nation has many young and vigorous people,it must be strong;if a nation has many people who are aging before it is old,it must be weak." This shows the importance of good health.On August 26,2016,the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held a meeting to review and approve the plan of "Healthy China 2030"."Without the health of the whole people,there will be no all-round well-off society." People’s health is an important part of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Only by giving priority to people’s health and accelerating the building of a healthy China,can we achieve the "two 100 year" goals.School physical education is the main force in implementing the national fitness program,laying a solid foundation for the realization of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since2007,China has popularized and implemented the physical education system of the secondary school entrance examination nationwide,which has played a certain role in promoting students’ physical fitness and the cultivation of the exercise habit of the current situation of physical education teaching.In order to cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness and improve the importance of school sports,Shaanxi Province will increase the original 50 points of the physical education in the middle school entrance examination to 60 points in 2021.The education concept of "health first" helps students enjoy sports,strengthen their physique,improve their personality and temper their will.From the relevant research,we know that the implementation of physical education in the secondary school entrance examination has provided a good guidance for students’ physical health and the effective development of school physical education.More importantly,it has played a positive role in promoting students’ healthy personality and the cultivation of students’ physical exercise habits.It has also played a certain role in promoting the improvement of the quality of physical education teaching,and has carried out strategic research on the impact of physical education teaching.Through various scientific research methods,such as literature method,questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method,the author studied the content items,evaluation criteria,the impact of the physical education for the middle school entrance examination on the physical education teaching of junior middle schools in urban areas and towns,various problems in physical education teaching and improvement strategies in Jingbian County.The results show that:1.The implementation measures of the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination in Jingbian County are in line with the physical education policies,project settings and evaluation methods of the secondary school entrance examination in Shaanxi Province.Students and teachers have a high degree of recognition of the reasonable content settings of the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination,with more than 90% students and more than 85% teachers.The students’ understanding of the rationality of the score setting of the sports items in the middle school entrance examination is increasing with the increase of grades.More than 90% of the junior three grade students think that the sports score in the middle school entrance examination is reasonable,and the teachers agree that the rationality of the sports score in the middle school entrance examination is more than 82%.2.Jingbian junior high school students’ understanding of the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination is from weak to strong,and students’ cognition of age and grade is from low to high.The promotion of interest in physical exercise,the awareness of physical exercise,and the motivation to participate in physical exercise have been significantly promoted and improved,which has a significant impact on students’ sports ability,especially the strength,flexibility,agility,endurance,speed,and quality have been improved,effectively promoting students’ physical health.3.The physical education for the middle school entrance examination has a certain impact on the formulation of teaching objectives of physical education teachers.The teaching attitude of physical education teachers has been improved to a certain extent compared with the past.The opportunities for professional theoretical knowledge and technical skills to be trained and to go out for learning and exchange have increased.The professional technical level and teaching enthusiasm of teachers have been constantly improved.Teachers’ self-awareness has been improved.The teaching methods are mainly practice and repetition.The key and difficult points in teaching and reflection after class have a positive impact.4.The physical education for the middle school entrance examination has a positive impact on the physical education teaching of junior middle schools in Jingbian County.The proportion of the physical education teaching content in the middle school entrance examination is increasing with the increase of grades.The physical education teaching content of the third grade mainly focuses on the physical education examination items in the middle school entrance examination.The attitude,interest and enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise have been improved,but there are also problems such as relatively single teaching evaluation.5.The physical education for the middle school entrance examination has a positive role in promoting the input and use frequency of the junior high school ground equipment in Jingbian County.The frequency of teachers and students exercising in and out of class has increased,and the teaching environment and ground facilities have been improved accordingly.The teaching workload of teachers has increased correspondingly,and the teaching enthusiasm and social status have been improved to a certain extent.6.In Jingbian County’s junior high school physical education teaching,there are still some practical problems,such as unclear understanding and purpose of the secondary school entrance examination,relatively single teaching organization form and teaching content in the third grade,relatively narrow teaching content design field,dislocation of teachers’ teaching focus and students’ ultimate goal of physical education learning.Aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward targeted improvement strategies.Under the background of physical education in the middle school entrance examination,we should optimize the management system of physical education and strengthen the management of school physical education;Stimulate students’ interest in physical education,give play to students’ main role,and improve students’ correct understanding of the purpose of physical education in the middle school entrance examination;Strengthen teachers’ continuing education,and strengthen the society’s concern and correct cognition of the physical education for the secondary school entrance examination;We should increase the investment in sports facilities,make rational use of various resources,improve the quality of physical education teaching in middle schools under the background of physical education for the senior high school entrance examination,and cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness.
