With the development of the times,people’s quality of life has been improved,contemporary people’s living habits have begun to affect people’s physical health,obesity rates are rising,and at the same time lack of sports awareness and lack of physical exercise,a variety of diseases appear younger age,affecting the healthy growth of primary school students.To this end,the state has introduced a series of policies,and experts and scholars have done a lot of research on how to improve students’ physical health.This study aims to influence the physical health of Level 3 students through SAQ training,so as to change students’ physical shape,improve physical function,enhance physical fitness,and achieve the purpose of improving students’ physical health,so as to provide a practical basis for the research on primary school physical education.In this study,the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method were used.Taking the fifth and sixth grade students of Jinping School in Jinan as the experimental subjects,50 people(both 25 males and 25 females)in the experimental group were randomly divided into the experimental group and 25 females,and the experimental group carried out SAQ training intervention,and the control group carried out regular physical education course teaching according to the new curriculum standard "General Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards" and school teaching tasks,and the experiment was carried out for a total of 12 weeks.The indicators of the experimental test are selected according to the "National Student Physical Health Standards" to select body shape,physical function and physical fitness for testing,among which the body shape indicators include height,weight and BMI;Physical function indicators are vital capacity;Physical fitness indicators include 50-meter run,sitting forward bending,1-minute sit-ups,1-minute rope skipping and 50 meters *8 round-trip running.The following results were obtained by comparing and analyzing the changes of various indicators before and after the experiment:(1)Through 12 weeks of SAQ training to intervene in the experimental group,the body shape index of the experimental group changed to different degrees before and after the experiment,and there were very significant differences in height and BMI index of male and female students in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference before and after the weight index experiment(P>0.05).(2)Through 12 weeks of SAQ training in the experimental group,the physical function index lung capacity of the students in the experimental group was improved after the experiment,and there was a very significant difference in lung capacity between male and female students in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.01).(3)Through 12 weeks of SAQ training,the experimental group was intervened,and the physical fitness indicators of the students in the experimental group were improved to varying degrees.Among them,there were significant differences between men and girls in the experimental group before and after the 50-meter run(P<0.05),before and after the experimental group of female sitting body forward flexion(P<0.05),male and female students in the experimental group had significant differences before and after the 1-minute rope jump,1-minute sit-up,and 50 meters *8 round trip running experiment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference before and after the experimental sit-forward bending of the male body in the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusions:After 12 weeks of experiments,SAQ training and regular physical education had a positive impact on the physical health of level 3 students,and the male and female students in the experimental group had good effects on physical form,physical function and physical fitness,and the experimental results showed that SAQ training had a promoting effect on the physical health development of level 3 students in a short period of time,and the effect was better than that of conventional physical education,which could effectively improve the physical health level of students.
