Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the development of quality education,the new curriculum standard was officially promulgated in2017,and it is clear that the education of high school is to focus on the development of core literacy,so that students have the ability of scientific and cultural literacy and lifelong development.In order to develop students' core literacy,class teaching is very important.Researchers and teachers focus on how to use instructional design to effectively promote the development of students' core literacy.Based on the understanding of the experts' strategies to improve the core literacy,combined with the problems in the teaching design found in the survey of front-line teachers,this paper proposes to use the teaching design of UbD to improve the physics idea of high school students,and has carried out nearly three months of practical research.Instructional design is a prerequisite for a good lesson.The pursuit of understanding by design can enable students to truly understand knowledge and avoid the problems of not applying after study and forgetting knowledge after examination.After selecting the experimental group and the control group from junior high school,I carried out the practice of backward design in the three subject units of Newton's law of motion,mechanical energy and momentum,curvilinear motion and the law of universal gravitation.Finally,in the city unified examination,the paper analyzes the questions related to the three subject units and examines the idea of physics,it is found that the average scores of 9 points in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group,at the same time,there are significant differences between the experimental group(B3,B4)and the control group(C6,C7)in the LSD multiple comparison results of 4 points,which indicates that the teaching design of UbD improves the students' physics idea to a certain extent.In the process of practice,through the in-depth study of UbD theory,two typical cases are formed,and the mode of UbD instructional design is summarized in the first round review class of senior three.The paper consists of seven parts.The first chapter,mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and content,and the definition of related concepts.The second is the introduction of related theories,focusing on the basic problems of UbD theory,the relationship between big concepts and understanding,and the steps of instructional design.The third is the questionnaire survey and result analysis.Based on the problems found in the questionnaire,this paper puts forward the practical starting point of the research.Chapter 4 is the empirical research of UbD instructional design,which first introduces the research methods in detail,and then launches the instructional design content of three theme units.Chapter 5,as a typical case,shows the momentum theorem,the effect of magnetic field on current,and summarizes the design mode.Chapter 6 is the analysis of practice effect,which is carried out from two aspects: the analysis of test content and the analysis of post test results.Chapter 7 is the summary of the work of the paper,pointing out the development direction of future research,in order to improve the practical reference for the majority of physics teachers and subsequent researchers,so as to play a guiding and reference role in the teaching design of physics.
