| The affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important reference indicator to measure the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and plays a key role in improving the ideological and moral quality of college students.Following the research path of "what,why and how",we take the definition of the connotation of the affinity of the ideological and political education of college students in the new era as the logical starting point and the analysis of the path to improve the affinity as the logical ending point.Firstly,it defines the concept of "affinity" and "affinity of ideological and political education";it elaborates the theoretical basis;it emphasizes the importance.Secondly,taking the college students of XX University as the research object,the survey questionnaire is launched,the survey data are compiled and summarized,and the problems are analyzed: the intimacy of educational subjects and objects is not high,the enthusiasm of educational objects is not enough,the attractiveness of educational methods is not strong,the infectious power of educational contents is not strong,and the diversity of educational carriers is not enough.Thirdly,the cause analysis of the problems is carried out in five aspects.Finally,through the case analysis of XX University,focusing on the affinity attributes of each element of ideological and political education,explore its improvement path: to cultivate educators with affinity based on two aspects of language charm and emotional charm;to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of education subjects from three perspectives of enhancing the concept of right and wrong,establishing a correct concept of learning,and eliminating resistance;to improve the modernity,comprehensiveness and humanism of education methods;to improve the infectiousness of educational contents from three aspects of living,hierarchy and humanism;to highlight the permeability of educational carriers from three aspects of diversity,modernity and ideology. |
