Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational Skills Training For Farmers In Xining City

Agricultural economy is the basic economy of a country,an important part of national core competitiveness and a short board of China’s current economic development.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy raises the work of "three rural areas" to an unprecedented political height,and the rural revitalization strategy is not only fundamental to people’s livelihood,but also an inevitable requirement for achieving the goal of two hundred years.The strategy of rural revitalization is not only fundamental to people’s livelihood,but also an inevitable requirement for achieving the goal of two hundred years.At this stage,the key issue to be resolved is the imbalance between urban and rural development and the inadequate development of rural areas.The development of rural economy must rely on land,agriculture and farmers.Whether it is the development and growth of village collective economy or the improvement of agricultural production,it needs a large number of talents who master technology,know how to manage and are good at management,and it is unrealistic and unsustainable to rely solely on the introduction of talents from outside.In the final analysis,the development of rural economy and society must rely on local talents,and vocational skills training for farmers is the best way to cultivate them,which is also the best way for farmers to participate in lifelong education.Therefore,this thesis selects the situation of farmers’ training in Xining City as the research content to improve the study of farmers’ vocational skills training at the micro level.In this context,this thesis uses literature research method,data analysis method,interview method,and combines human capital theory,labor mobility theory,and lifelong education theory to select local farmers who have participated in farmers’ vocational skills training as the investigation objects,grasp the current situation of the development of farmers’ vocational skills training in Xining City,and investigate the current stage of farmers’ vocational skills training in Xining City from three dimensions:training objects,training subjects,and training activities,respectively.We analyze in detail the problems that exist in the development of farmers’ vocational skills training in Xining,such as the tendency of the farmers’ team to be old,the financial constraints of the training subjects,and the training contents that cannot meet the actual needs of farmers,and put forward improvement suggestions for the development of farmers’ vocational skills in Xining,in order to promote the cultural quality and skills improvement of farmers in Xining,and have certain significance for the development of local agricultural economy.
