| As the education reform puts forward higher requirements for the role of teachers,educational and scientific research ability has become an important appeal of the society for primary and secondary school teachers.In 2019,the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Work of Educational Scientific Research in the New Era pointed out that to promote the solution of educational practice problems,in-depth research should be carried out on the hot and difficult educational issues concerned by the central government,the society and the people,and primary and secondary school teachers should be encouraged and supported to enhance their awareness of scientific research and actively participate in education and teaching research activities.The requirement of high education and high quality teachers and the lifelong teacher education has become a trend.Teachers need to have certain educational and scientific research ability to carry out education and teaching research work,and promote teachers’ professional development,self-reflection and self-improvement.Because of the professional nature of teachers and the integration of teachers’ pre-service and post-service,the requirements of their educational scientific research ability should not be based on the training of post-service teachers,but also strengthen the training of educational scientific research ability of pre-service normal university students in colleges and universities.For senior university colleges and universities,cultivating the education and scientific research ability of normal university students is in line with the task requirements of revitalizing the education and teaching of undergraduate normal university students in the new era,and also to fulfill the mission of combining teaching and scientific research of modern universities.As the reserve force of the future team of normal teachers,the cultivation of normal university students’ educational and scientific research ability will promote independent development and enhance the awareness of lifelong learning,laying a good foundation for education,teaching and research in the future.Guided by the educational scientific research ability of normal university students in high school universities,this paper discusses in depth through the steps of literature sorting,questionnaire survey,current situation problem analysis,improvement strategy and so on,and mainly adopts the literature research method and educational investigation research method.The subject of the article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and theoretical basis of the paper,sorts out the research status of educational research ability at home and abroad through the literature,and defines the concept of normal university students and educational research ability on the basis of previous research.The second part is the element analysis of educational research ability.Firstly,it distinguishes the requirements of educational research at different stages and levels,clarifies the ability and structure of educational research,and summarizes the influencing factors of educational research ability through literature analysis.The third part for three high universities in Guangxi,for example,based on the text analysis from the training type,training objectives and training content to grasp the situation of Guangxi high universities training normal students,and the normal students education scientific research ability of questionnaire and interview survey,statistical analysis of Guangxi universities normal education the present situation of scientific research ability training.The fourth part,on the basis of the investigation,analyzes the outstanding problems of the education and scientific research ability and the causes.The fifth part is the promotion strategy.Based on the above problems and reasons,the promotion strategy for the educational research ability of normal university students in senior universities is proposed. |
