| The seventh national census data show that China’s total fertility rate is at a very low level,and whether the introduction of the "three-child" policy and its supporting measures can effectively address the challenge of low fertility risk that China is facing.Against the backdrop that the "comprehensive two-child" fertility policy has fallen short of expectations,research in the area of fertility intentions has received increasing attention.From the current research results,most researchers focus on the relationship between fertility intention and fertility behavior,and some explore the factors influencing fertility intention.In addition,academic research on fertility intentions has focused on quantitative research methods,and most of the results are reflected in the analysis of data.Moreover,the research subjects focus less on groups with different work nature.With the progress of social development and human civilization,more and more women participate in the market labor and abandon their inherent occupational attributes to engage in different types of job content,while childbirth is still faced by this group,so it is worth paying attention to the fertility intentions of women of childbearing age in this group.Especially in the future career development,women will be engaged in more and more diverse types of jobs,and,coal mining industry is one of the main sources of energy in China,but also an important pillar of China’s economy,and Shanxi coal production ranks among the top in the country,is an important coal mining resources province.Therefore,it is important to pay attention to the fertility intentions of professional women of childbearing age in the coal mining industry,and by understanding the fertility intentions of this group,it can help to enhance the future development and attention of the industry and women in technical posts,and effectively judge the future birth rate of the population similar to this group,and propose optimization directions for future fertility policies and supporting policies.In view of this,the purpose of this study is to analyze and explore the fertility intention of this group of professional women of childbearing age in technical posts in the coal mining industry in the context of the three-child policy,taking Shanxi Jinrong Group Co.First,the initial analysis of fertility intention was conducted based on the recovered questionnaires.It was found that there was a significant deviation between ideal fertility intention and intended fertility behavior,further indicating that under the possibility of satisfying fertility needs,ideal fertility intention would be likely to be transformed into intended fertility behavior or fertility decision behavior.Moreover,the comparative analysis of intra-group fertility intentions refines fertility intentions and clarifies the direction of improvement of future fertility needs,which lays the foundation for the subsequent analysis.Secondly,through the above research,it was found that more accurate targeting of fertility needs is needed,therefore,taking women as the main perspective,through in-depth interviews,it was found that the fertility intentions of professional women of childbearing age in Shanxi Jinrong Group showed a group image of low fertility intentions.In addition,during the interview process,it was found that the fertility intention of professional women of childbearing age in technical posts,the concept of fertility intention interval and definite value emerged,based on the above exploration of the fertility intention of Shanxi Jinrong Group regarding the three dimensions of the number of children,gender of childbearing and age of childbearing,therefore,three dimensions of quantity,gender and time were measured and analyzed.On the other hand,the generation mechanism of low fertility intention of professional women of childbearing age in technical posts and the logic behind its operation are explored.First,the interview data is used as the main research field,and the coding analysis is conducted using the rooted theory method of qualitative research to explore the generation mechanism of fertility intention.The generation mechanism of fertility intention of professional women of childbearing age in technical jobs is mainly composed of six factors: individual factor,family factor,economic factor,marriage and childbearing concept,policy factor and public service factor.Secondly,the six elements of the generation mechanism of fertility intention of professional women in technical jobs are derived,and on this basis,based on fertility culture theory and reference group theory,it is found that the operation logic behind is mainly operated by the intergenerational transmission of family fertility pattern and the reference logic of karma group fertility pattern.Finally,the analysis of fertility intention is explored and countermeasures are suggested.This paper synthesizes the analysis of fertility intentions of professional women of childbearing age in the technical post of Shanxi Jinrong Group,providing a diversified perspective for subsequent analysis of population trends and policy optimization.At the theoretical level,based on the theory of fertility culture,this study analyzes and discusses professional women of childbearing age in technical posts,enriching the theory of fertility culture while objectively reflecting the fertility needs of this group.At the practical level,it provides a realistic basis for the fertility situation of professional women of childbearing age in different occupational positions,and also provides a reference for further optimization of the three-child policy or adjustment of the fertility policy. |
