Research On The Application Of "Little Teacher System" Teaching Strategy In The Training Course Of Operation And Management Major Of High Star Hotel In Middle And Vocational Schools

In recent years,the relevant departments of the Ministry of Education have proposed that vocational education should be oriented by ability and focus on cultivating people’s social occupation and professional skills.We should deepen the reform of teaching methods and make extensive use of such teaching methods as heuristics,inquiry,discussion and participation,so as to guide students to self-management and active learning and improve learning efficiency.As an important teaching form to cultivate students’ professional skills and improve their professional abilities,the training course for operation and management of high-star hotels in secondary vocational schools is of great significance to improve students’ professional skills,service awareness and comprehensive quality,and to cultivate high-quality talents."Little Teacher System" is a kind of peer-assisted teaching to promote learning,teaching and learning strategy,which is conducive to improving students’ learning subject status,enabling students to carry out independent cooperative inquiry learning,improve learning efficiency.First of all,this study consulted and sorted out relevant literature on the teaching application of the teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" through literature research method to determine the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,questionnaire survey,interview and observation are adopted to analyze the teaching status and existing problems of operation and management professional training courses in high-star hotels.Through investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the practical teaching of operation and management major of high star hotel in middle and vocational schools,such as low teaching efficiency of teachers,low learning initiative and participation of students,and comprehensive quality to be improved,and the reasons are analyzed.In view of the problems and attribution,the author proposes to apply the "Little Teacher System" to the teaching of the practical course of operation and management major of middle-vocational high-star hotel,and analyzes the teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" and the appropriateness of the teaching of the practical course of operation and management major of middle-vocational high-star hotel from the perspectives of vocational education concept,teaching objectives of practical course,teachers and students.Thirdly,on the basis of research,relevant theories and principles,this study designs the application path of the teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" in the practical teaching course of operation and management major of high star hotel in middle and vocational schools.The teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" is combined with each teaching stage.On the premise of pre-class grouping,young master is selected and trained by referring to the corresponding standards and methods.Little Teacher leads the group peers to preview before class,assists the teacher to guide teaching and lead the group peers to carry out task learning in class,and assists the teacher to evaluate and supervise the group peers to complete homework after class.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness of the teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" in the training course of the operation and management major of high-star hotel,this study applies the teaching strategy of "Little Teacher System" in the training course of the core course of the operation and management major of high-star hotel,and carries out three rounds of action research.The results show that: The implementation path combining the teaching strategy and teaching process of "Little Teacher System" has good compatibility with the teaching of the practical course of operation and management major of middlevocational and high-star hotel,and students have a high degree of acceptance and willingness,which improves students’ learning enthusiasm,classroom participation and comprehensive quality to a certain extent,indicating that this strategy is suitable for the practical course teaching of operation and management major of middle-vocational and high-star hotel.
