| With the rapid iterative development of artificial intelligence technology,it has been raised as a national strategy all over the world, and the layout guides industrial development, technology iteration and talent training. The industrial revolution has put forward the new demand for talents in the field of artificial intelligence.Currently, talents in the field of artificial intelligence have a certain accumulation and development in quantity and quality, but there is still a gap in matching supply and demand and capability. In order to alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in the field of artificial intelligence,in recent years, domestic colleges and universities have carried out a large number of practices and reform exploration, forming a large number of experiences worth summarizing, but the positioning of undergraduate talents training in the field of artificial intelligence and the corresponding program design still need to be further clarified. In the training practice of professional(AI)and enabling(" AI+ ")talents, there is still a lack of corresponding normative guidance. The reality drives us to think about the relevant series of questions about the capability framework of undergraduate talents training in the field of artificial intelligence,so as to try to explore the capability framework of undergraduate talents training in the field of artificial intelligence in line with the trend of global industrial development and China’s actual conditions,to help talents training to respond to the needs of the country and enterprises.Focused on the main question "What is the capability framework of undergraduate talent in the field of artificial intelligence",six typical talent training cases in the field of artificial intelligence at home and abroad, including School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University,School of Computer Informatics at the University of Edinburgh,Department of Computer Science at Imperial College London,Artificial Intelligence Class at Tsinghua University,Artificial Intelligence(Turing Class)at Zhejiang University, and Artificial Intelligence Top-notch Talent Training Pilot Class at Xi ’an Jiaotong University, are selected for root research.Three main categories, six sub-categories and 30 initial categories are identified and refined, and a conceptual model of undergraduate talent capability framework in the field of artificial intelligence is constructed.Secondly, through questionnaire survey and factor analysis of 159 valid questionnaires, this study constructed the capability framework of undergraduate AI talents and "AI+" undergraduate talents respectively, and made a comparative analysis of the capability framework of undergraduate talents training in AI and "AI+",and summarized the characteristics of professional and enabling talents training through comparative analysis of cases.Find out the emphases of these two types of undergraduate talent training. Finally, through the combing and analysis of AI related policies, combined with the main conclusions of this study, countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating the main abilities of undergraduate talents in the field of artificial intelligence are put forward from the three levels of the country, enterprises and universities. The main contributions of this study are as follows.first,it refines, constructs and optimizes the AI undergraduate talent capability framework and "AI+" undergraduate talent capability framework in the field of artificial intelligence, and further clarifies the commonalities and differences between the two capability frameworks through comparative analysis of cases, which has certain enlightenment for promoting the cultivation of undergraduate talents in the field of artificial intelligence in China.Second, from the analytical perspective of "knowledge, skills and attitude" in the international typical Body of Knowledge report, the author discusses the capability framework of undergraduate talent in the field of artificial intelligence, which is helpful to expand the related topics of AI and "AI+" undergraduate talent training.. |
