| The "online+offline" teaching model in the post pandemic era enriches and improves traditional teaching models.The SPOC teaching model adds online communication and evaluation functions on top of MOOC.It has achieved a deep integration of online courses and traditional classroom teaching.Apply online virtual teaching videos to traditional classroom teaching,achieving a combination of virtual and reality.Based on the shortcomings of traditional teaching models,carry out extracurricular online classes.Transform the role of teachers,provide students with opportunities for independent learning,and achieve mixed online and offline teaching,thus completing the construction of SPOC blended teaching.This research uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and takes two male classes in the 2021 undergraduate tennis optional course of Jilin University as the experimental objects.The purpose is to test whether the SPOC teaching model is better than the traditional teaching model,provide a reference for the timeliness of college tennis optional courses,and provide design ideas for college sports workers.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Compared with traditional teaching methods,SPOC teaching mode is more conducive to improving the basic tennis skills of college students.The accuracy and stability of students’ forehand,backhand,and underhand serve have been steadily improved.2.Through the integration and design of SPOC online resources,determine the teaching principles,objectives,content,and evaluation of SPOC,rely on multi-angle action concepts,promote students’ ability to combine theory and practice,and enhance the scientific and effective formation of basic tennis skills.3.The SPOC teaching mode experimental group has significantly improved their understanding of basic tennis rules,action structures,practice steps,and practical applications.4.There is no significant difference in students’ speed and agility qualities under the SPOC teaching mode.There are significant differences in students’ tennis ball sensation exercises. |
