With the advent of the silver wave,the world is facing great challenges in the elderly,and China,as a large country with a population of 1.4 billion,is facing more arduous tasks in the elderly,especially in vulnerable groups,the Chinese government pays more attention and attention,so the term centralized support is produced,the centralized support policy is being improved step by step,but in the relatively backward western region,the centralized support policy has many problems in the process of institutional implementation,and the centralized provision of the elderly is "not satisfied" with the institutional pension environment.As a result,the elderly discharge rate is high,the hospital facilities are wasted,and even some elderly people return to poverty.They are like a flock of migratory birds without a goal,the nursing home is a habitat that flies casually,and the unfamiliar environment makes them anxious and uncomfortable,and seriously lacks a sense of security and belonging.L State L Comprehensive Welfare Institute is a state-level pension and practical training institution in a certain region in the west,this paper takes the centralized elderly of L State L Comprehensive Welfare Institute as the research object,takes the theory of advantage perspective and social support network theory as the theoretical basis,and conducts preliminary investigation and understanding in the form of participatory observation and interview,and finds that the centralized elderly have basic life level discomfort such as diet,work and rest,sleep,daily management,etc.,and at the psychological level,the centralized elderly have self-denial and demeaning deviations,the elderly and their relatives,The emotional satisfaction of friends separated does not meet expectations,and the elderly are too sensitive and nervous in the new living environment;In the interpersonal relationship,the centralized elderly have cold relationship with the elderly in the same hospital,discord with the caregiver,alienation from relatives and the shrinking of the living environment leading to disconnection with society,etc.,in the later stage,social workers carry out case-by-case social work intervention,change the cognitive bias of the centralized elderly to themselves and others,enhance their self-confidence in the elderly in welfare homes,alleviate the negative pension emotions of the centralized elderly in the orphanage,expand the social support network of the centralized elderly in the welfare home,tap the advantages of the elderly,and help them improve their environmental adaptability to change the status quo.It is hoped that this study can provide some references for social work intervention in the adaptation of centralized elderly care institutions,and put forward relevant suggestions for solving the problem of centralized elderly care adaptation,calling on everyone to pay attention to and pay attention to the problem of elderly care adaptation in centralized elderly institutions,so that these marginalized elderly people can have a peaceful old age.
