In March 2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the symposium of teachers of school ideological and political theory that "youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.It is necessary to open an ideological and political theory class in a step-by-step,spiraling manner in large,middle and primary schools.It is an important guarantee for cultivating generations of socialist builders and successors."General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech issued a general mobilization order that we must strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses in the new era.High school ideological and political teachers,especially young teachers,bear the important task of ideological and political education in high school,with a glorious mission and great responsibility.To young teachers in high school ideological and political classes of education and teaching activities,the importance of the their professional identity is self-evident.In accordance with the provisions of the "Medium and Long-Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)",combined with the actual situation,this article will refer to teachers under 35 years of age who are engaged in ideological and political teaching in high school as young teachers.The professional identity of young teachers in high school ideological and political classes refers to the overall evaluation of the teacher's occupation in which this group is engaged in terms of value,emotion and ability.This kind of evaluation not only deeply affects the teacher's teaching attitude and behavior,but also constitutes an important driving force for teachers'self-growth and development.Guided by Marxist theory,this paper conducts research on the theme of the cultivation of professional identity of young teachers in high school ideological and political courses on the basis of in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into three parts.The first part mainly define related concepts,and expounds the importance of cultivating the professional identity of young teachers in high school ideological and political courses.The second part analyzes the positive performance,main characteristics,existing problems and causes of the young teachers'professional identity in high school ideological and political courses.This part is also the key content and difficult content of the thesis.The third part,progressively,focuses on the development of young teachers in high school ideological and political classes,and cuts in from the value dimension,individual dimension,material dimension,cultural dimension and training dimension,providing a path for enhancing the professional identity of young teachers in high school ideological and political classes.
