Teenagers are successors to the cause of socialist modernization construction. In order to insist on moral education, improve the students' ideological and moral quality,cultivate all-round developed people, we need to strengthen the ideological and political education. In school education, class teacher and students are closely associated, class teacher have a profound influence on students, they are the leader of class construction and students' all-round development, and the ideological and political education is one of the main content of class teacher' work. But at present, the occurrence of problems, such as the tension between teachers and students, intensified conflicts between students, and students' ideological and moral quality and psychological quality is poor, these problems show that the work performance of class teacher' ideological and political education is not optimistic. Therefore, analyzing the status of the class teacher' ideological and political education in high school, is of important theoretical and realistic significance to improving the class teacher' ideological and political education quality in high school,improving the students' ideological and moral qualities,cultivating qualified citizens,promoting students' all-round development. In this paper, the body of the content mainly includes three parts:The first part is the theoretical construction of class teacher' ideological and political education in high school. This part is the theoretical basis of this paper' conception and style. Through the analysis of the existing research results, systematically and theoretically summarizes the aim of ideological and political education of head teachers in high school lies in: constructing democratic, equal, fraternal and positive class, and the content and way to achieve the goal.The second part will analyze the status of the high school class teacher' ideological and political education, point out the existing problems, and analyze the causes. Based on the theoretical analysis in the first part, and through the field survey of the A high school at Sangzhi county, it will show that the current high school class teacher1 ideological and political education has many problems: first, lacking democratic consciousness and failing to fully respect the students' subjectivity. Second, lacking consciousness of equality and failing to fully respect the equal relationship with students. Thirdly,psychological health education is not effective. Fourthly, failing to give fully play to the function of carriers of activities and network. Fifthly, lacking consciousness of cooperation, and not actively cooperating with school, family and social education. In addition, it will analyze the causes from the class teacher, the new changes of students'thought and psychology,and the school, family and society.The third part will discuss the countermeasures to improve the high school class teacher' ideological and political education. Working from the structure of theoretical analysis: class teacher' ideological and political education goal, content and way, to put forward corresponding proposals: first, clearing the target of ideological and political education which includes developing democracy and equality consciousness to create democratic and equal class atmosphere; Adhere to the unity of the class construction and the student individuality development. Secondly, enriching the content of ideological and political education which includes strengthen ideal and belief education, conduct education of network morals and mental health education. Third, innovating the way of ideological and political education which adheres to the basic principles of the class teacher' ideological and political education; carrying out targeted education combined with the new changes of the current students' ideological and psychological; using activities and network carrier; integrating educational resources, and forming a harmonious team of ideological and political teaching force.
