From “strengthening morality education”,“political identity” to “youth faith”,all of them are strongly calling for that the cultivation of the high school ideological and political course teachers who have “faith” education influence on students.However,there are different opinions upon the influence of teachers' faith on students' education.Teacher's prestige is equal to teacher's authority.The selection of teacher's prestige or teacher's authority will directly influence the construction of this educational influence and its guidance to practice.On the basis of relevant researches,the author concludes the interpretation of teacher's prestige by the means of making a questionnaire,having interviews with some famous teachers,listening to teachers' and students' understandings on educational practice: teacher prestige = teacher authority + student identity.Only teachers' authority recognized by students can it be regarded as teacher's prestige.Teacher's prestige is the combination of “power”and“trust”.Teacher's power is the background color,while students' trust is the core.Power is the priority of everything,including intellectual authority,moral authority,etc.Trust refers to the trust and identity from students.Teacher's prestige is the force that makes people respect,kindness and trust.The author starts with the dispute on the relations between teacher's authority and student's freedom and concludes that the relationship between teacher's authority and teacher's prestige is conflicting and harmonious.On the one hand,external teacher's authority and teacher's prestige conflict with each other and external authority is not recognized by students and restricts students' freedom.Teacher's prestige is recognized by students and promotes students' freedom.On the other hand,the relations of teacher's prestige and “identity type” authority achieves a harmonious unity.Teacher's authority can arouse students' aesthetic pleasure,obtain students' recognition,and automatically rise to teacher prestige,promoting student freedom.The author's perspective can help this academic field find a new breakthrough so as to solve the dilemma of between teacher's authority and student's freedom.This article mainly from "power" "trust" "affinity" to interpret the prestige ofteachers.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes “four teachers” and “guide” to“affinity” and to “youth faith”,even to "Only when you get close to your teacher can you trust the Way your teacher has passed by”,which is his expectation of cultivating the high school ideological and political course teachers with prestige.The establishment of high school ideological and political teacher's prestige is helpful to stimulate the driving force of both teachers and students,conducive to promoting students' political identity and the construction a good learning community.The author analyzes problems in the practice of constructing high school ideological and political class teacher prestige and explores the construction path:(1)the source of teacher's prestige: ethics faith.It is divided into “the power of faith" and "the power of a gentleman”;(2)the core of teacher's prestige:classroom teaching “the sense of gain”.It is divided into “power of knowledge” and“power of ability”;(3)the temperature of teacher's prestige: the flexibility of communication between teachers and students.It is divided into “power of rules” and“power of mind”.
