| Curriculum reform is an important part of education reform and development,and a hot issue in education and teaching research.Coach education is an important path for vocational education and the long-term development of coaches.Throughout the focus,trend and characteristics of curriculum reform in the development and training of international coaches,the developed competitive sports powers in the world attach great importance to the multidisciplinary integration of the curriculum system,pay attention to the improvement of the core competitiveness of coaches,and promote and promote the coach vocational training courses through the coach’s core literacy system and model construction.Cheng reform.This article takes the triathlon coach training course system as the research object,uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to analyze the existing triathlon coach training course system and its existing problems in China.Using the relevant theories of core literacy and the coach development theory and demand theory to analyze the core literacy composition of China’s triathlon coaches.The IEDF0 model tool is used to build China’s triathlon coach training course system under the guidance of coaches’ core literacy,in order to provide reference and reference for China’s coach education and coach on-the-job training,so as to promote the enrichment and development of coach education theory.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The existing triathlon coach training course system in China has problems such as insufficient reflection of the core quality of the course objectives and content of the coach,the lack of independence of the course module,the low degree of differentiation,and the blurring of the boundary between the course content and the teaching content.2.The core quality of a coach refers to the basic character and key ability gradually formed by the coach in the long-term development to adapt to and be competent for his professional development and career development.It mainly includes eight dimensions:professional ethics literacy,athlete development planning,training and teaching literacy,competition preparation and guidance literacy,sports safety and security literacy,interpersonal relationship literacy,self-development literacy,and values and concepts.3.The optimized Chinese triathlon coach training course system includes three types of courses: coach philosophy and management,professional knowledge and professional skills;coach professional ethics,coaching and management,sports science training participation,sports science recovery,sports safety and security,special theory and teaching practice,coach practice seven Course modules;29 courses such as coach professional ethics,sports management,sports training,sports medicine,swimming training competition theory and practice,scenario simulation teaching,etc.4.The overall Chinese triathlon coach curriculum system highlights the goal orientation of the coach’s core literacy,and the integration of core literacy with the coach’s knowledge,skills and character;highlights the self-development of coaches in the training process,meets the development needs of coaches of different levels,and also meets the coach’s job responsibilities and personal development.Two levels of requirements. |
