At present,the number of non-compiling teachers in Chinese public kindergartens is large and the incentive problem is prominent.Due to the implementation of "status system" in teacher management in China,the problem of "equal pay for the same work" between non-registered teachers and non-registered teachers in public kindergartens is prominent,as well as the influence of low salary and low social status and other factors,leading to the serious frustration of nonregistered teachers’ work enthusiasm.Therefore,this study takes this as the background to study the current situation of incentive demand and incentive satisfaction of non-working teachers in public kindergartens.This study takes the non-enrolled teachers of public kindergartens as the research object,and mainly adopts the questionnaire survey,interview method and literature method to investigate the incentive demand and incentive satisfaction of 240 nonenrolled teachers of 10 public kindergartens.Through the collected data and interviews,the paper summarizes the characteristics of motivation demand and satisfaction of non-working teachers in public kindergartens,and analyzes the influencing factors behind them.The results show that,firstly,non-working teachers in public kindergartens have strong incentive needs;Financial wealth and external support are the strongest demands of non-enrolled teachers;There are some differences in the motivation demands of noncompiling teachers with different backgrounds.The motivation demand of nonworking teachers has obvious career survival orientation.Secondly,the incentive mechanism of public kindergartens is more recognized by the non-working teachers.The satisfaction of the non-compiling teachers on the health factors was higher than that of the incentive factors.Non-editing teachers have the highest satisfaction on interpersonal relationship;There are some differences in motivation satisfaction of nonworking teachers with different backgrounds.Then,from the relevant laws and regulations,financial investment system,management system,the non-compiling teachers’ demand for respect and social status is quite different from the reality,the kindergarten management factors and the non-compiling teachers’ own factors and other aspects of the analysis of non-compiling teachers’ incentive demand and incentive satisfaction.Finally,the author proposes that the government should improve the salary system of non-working teachers in public kindergartens.Establish and improve relevant policies and regulations;Strengthen positive guidance.Kindergarten should establish a targeted management system;Establish a fair compensation system;Establish reasonable incentive mechanism;Value spirit and achievement.The author hopes to make an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of the incentive needs and incentive satisfaction of non-teaching teachers in public kindergartens by conducting a survey and research on the incentive needs and incentive satisfaction of non-teaching teachers in public kindergartens,and propose effective strategies for the incentive problems of non-teaching teachers in public kindergartens.
