In recent years,the human resource service industry has continued to develop healthily in China,playing an active role in the progress of the economy and society.Many enterprises are gradually realizing that human resource management is not only about controlling costs and risks,but also about creating value and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Since the 14th Five-Year Plan,the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Vision 2035,the 14th Five-Year Plan for Employment Promotion,and the Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Human Resources Service Industry in the New Era The release of documents such as "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Human Resources Service Industry in the New Era" have emphasized the need to accelerate the high-quality development of human resources service industry in China,which has directly prompted the human resources service industry to enter the rising period.Under such background conditions,it can be seen that China is obviously positive support for the whole industry,and also provides a lot of policy support,which has led to the continuous expansion of the market scale,and the human resources service industry has a good development environment.As a newly established HR service company,Shanghai QSI has undoubtedly encountered a good environment,and has been developing rapidly like many other HR service companies,and the scale and quality of the whole industry is also maintaining a rising trend.Although supported by national policies,the HR service industry is developing rapidly and the number of enterprises engaged in HR services is increasing,but many problems have emerged along with it.In this study,Shanghai Qisi Company,a newly established HR service company,is selected as an example.Firstly,an overall introduction is made to the background and significance of the study,and a systematic study is conducted to summarize the relevant theories related to this study.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of the operation and management of Shanghai Qissi Company,the problems of the operation and management of Shanghai Qissi Company are identified and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.On this basis,a series of optimization strategies are proposed for the organizational structure,target plan,and customer management of Shanghai Qisys.Finally,according to the optimization strategy,the implementation plan of Shanghai Qisys’ operation management optimization strategy was formulated and the supporting measures were provided for the implementation of the plan to improve the operation management level of the company.At the same time,we also hope to provide some reference value to the same type of companies or similar to Shanghai Qisi Human Resources Co. |
