The 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Informatization puts forward new requirements for the development of educational informatization in the aspects of teaching reform and teacher development.At the same time,as a key indicator to measure the development of teachers,improving teachers’ application ability of information technology can promote the steady development of educational informatization.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out the analysis and research of teachers’ application ability of information technology.However,the analysis of teachers’ application ability of information technology is too subjective.In terms of research tools,the existing domestic and foreign research tools are not quite appropriate,and it is difficult to objectively and comprehensively reflect the information technology application ability of teachers with different teaching styles.Therefore,this study studies and analyzes teachers’ information technology application ability from the perspective of classroom teaching behavior and ELG,so as to provide reference for promoting teachers’ development.Based on the research status,theoretical basis and related concepts,the paper selects appropriate coding indexes in the existing coding system according to the characteristics of the study examples,and constructs a classroom teaching behavior coding table suitable for evaluating teachers’ application ability of information technology from four dimensions: teachers’ speech behavior,teachers’ activity behavior,students’ speech behavior and students’ activity behavior.The paper selects 6 classroom teaching videos of the chapter "Animation Production Technology" in the public compulsory course Educational Technology Training of a normal university as research samples.According to the classroom teaching behavior coding table,the Nvivo software is used to encode the video,and the teaching behavior number table is obtained.Based on the analysis of the correlation with teachers’ information technology application ability,the research samples are divided into three categories according to the different emphasis on teachers’ information technology application ability and teaching style,which are as follows: The classroom of lecturing teachers with technical support for speech teaching,the classroom of heuristic teachers with technical support for speech guidance,and the classroom of active teachers with technical support for exploratory activities.By using LSA method,GESQ software was used to analyze the teaching behavior sequence of the study samples,and the behavior sequence conversion table and the residual table after conversion were obtained.By visualizing significant behavior sequence,this paper constructs three kinds of ELG,and analyzes teachers’ information technology application ability reflected by ELG.Based on the ELG,this paper summarizes the problems existing in teachers’ information technology application ability under each teaching style,and puts forward strategies to improve teachers’ IT application ability from three dimensions:planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development.
