In the process of national education informatization, improving the application ability in information technology of the Chinese teachers in primary school is of great significance for promoting the development of Chinese curriculum reform and the professional development of teachers. This research is based on this background, it takes the Chinese teachers in primary school of Kaifeng Shunhe district as the research object-Investigate and know about the development level of information technology application ability, to explore teachers information technology applications development process problems and put forward the strategy of improving the application ability of information technology of Chinese teachers in primary school, it provides some basis and reference for school development and for educating teachers' application ability of information technology, it has a certain reference significance for areas of the same economic development level and the educating the information technology application ability of teachers in other disciplines.In this study, combing and interpretation of domestic and foreign information technology applications teacher of literature on the "Information Technology Competency Standards for Teachers in primary and secondary schools," the actual situation Shunhe District Kaifeng education information infrastructure to teachers to use the information technology classroom teaching ability as the main line, from a technical accomplishment, planning and preparation, organization and management, assessment and diagnosis, five dimensions of learning and development prepared questionnaire, and financial Street elementary School, Council Chamber Shunhe District Kaifeng Street elementary ten larger schools the investigation found that: the overall level of development of primary school Chinese teachers down the Shunhe District of information technology is not high, which preferably, plan preparation and organization and management dimensions relatively good level of development, learning and development dimension has certain development, evaluation and diagnostic capacity development dimension of the development dimension and the weakest technology literacy; teachers of different age, seniority, qualifications and titles There were significant differences in the level of development of information technology application ability. On this basis, in order to further explore the area primary school Chinese teachers in the process of information technology capability of development problems and sample school teachers were in-depth interviews, interviews found that: existing educational resource library construction can not to meet the needs of teachers, teachers' low IT literacy theory, unreasonable choice of training methods, training and teaching divorced from practice and professional development of teachers, lack of motivation and other issues.The information technology application ability level and the district primary school Chinese teachers in the use of information technology in the classroom teaching the problems, combined with the local primary school Chinese teachers in information technology applications development process problems from three aspects has improved teacher policy information technology capabilities. These include: to build social software as the basis of regional-based educational resources, optimize the teaching of information technology application ability training, school teachers information technology to build atmosphere.
