In the perspective of contemporary popular culture,the inheritance and development of traditional culture face unprecedented challenges.Therefore,it is an unshakable responsibility of each and every one of us to inherit and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture in the new era.The "Art Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022)" points out that advanced cultures such as excellent traditional Chinese culture and revolutionary culture should be organically integrated into the curriculum.Yingde,where the author lives,is known as "the hometown of Chinese black tea and green tea",and tea culture has a long history.Therefore,the author chooses tea culture in his hometown as the development resource,and tries to study and practice the development and utilization of English and German tea culture in the art curriculum of primary schools according to the needs of the reform and development of the new art curriculum.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,field survey and other research methods,unit teaching design is carried out around the theme of English German tea culture in the second class of primary school art,and practical exploration is carried out with the goal of cultivating students’ core literacy and inheriting local tea culture.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is to sort out the geographical environment advantages and tea culture environmental resources of Yingde City,briefly expound the development status of art curriculum resources in Yingde City,analyze the questionnaire survey of students and teachers and put forward problems,give some corresponding suggestions,and discuss the significance of introducing British and German local cultural resources into art classrooms.The second part is a brief review of the development of Yingde tea culture,and analyzes the feasibility of its development from the development power of Yingde tea culture resources and art courses and the commonality of Yingde tea culture and art education.The development strategy of Yingde tea cultural resources in primary school art teaching is proposed,mainly including the theoretical basis of development,the design principle of teaching and the development mode of curriculum.The third part is the practical research on the integration of Yingde tea cultural resources into the primary school curriculum,mainly divided into teaching design and case analysis.Based on the author’s understanding of the basic situation of art teaching in local primary schools,I found that most students and teachers have a certain understanding of British and German black tea and local cultural resources,but this understanding is often incoherent and fragmented.Therefore,the author designed according to the characteristics of students in the second stage of primary school and the learning tasks of the second stage of the "Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)",and designed five sub-unit courses around the theme unit of "Exploring the Beauty of Yingde Tea",so that students have a more complete and in-depth understanding of Yingde tea through learning.The fourth part summarizes the effectiveness of practice and reflects on the shortcomings of practice.In this way,the integration of British and German tea cultural resources and art courses is realized,and the inheritance and development of British and German tea culture is promoted.Cultivate students’ love for their hometown and traditional culture,and on this basis,they can further understand the profound cultural heritage of our country,inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and enhance their cultural self-confidence.
