On fine arts teaching resources development and utilization of native culture,which not only conforms to the concept of curriculum reform,and is advantageous to the inheritance and protection of local culture,the new standard for the development and utilization of native culture expressed explicitly put forward:curriculum reform require the participation of art teacher,art teacher should guide students to understand and pay close attention to local culture,the education teaching should pay attention to the art and culture,the internal relation between art and society,etc.For a long time,ordos folk to champions league title of\"cultural desert\",actually otherwise,ordos has a long history and profound cultural background and rich cultural resources,as well as the urban architecture with local characteristics.The author dongsheng district in ordos city east experiment elementary school work for four years,through introducing the local cultural resources into art teaching practice to explore,this topic is for protection,to explore how the school based on reality,took advantage of the new curriculum reform,for the development and utilization of ordos local cultural resources,rich variety of fine arts teaching activities.This article is divided into three parts,the first part of the investigation of Oriental experiment elementary school fine arts teaching present situation,the analysis of the use of local resources to optimize teaching system of the favorable conditions and possibilities,on this basis,the second part makes a detailed exploration of the specific process of description,in this process,pay a hard also experience a series of changes brought by the practice exploration,therefore,the third part introduces in detail after experience,reflection and ideas.In the elementary school fine arts teaching,develop and implement highlights characteristic of local cultural resources,to make full use of the students are familiar with local culture resources,show evaluation should pay attention to diversity,and so on,through the analysis of the specific practices of Oriental experiment elementary school practice to explore,hope that readers can place worthy of learning,which is the biggest purpose in this paper.
