| In the context of the development of public services for project systems,the government and social organizations have formed project cooperative relationships.In the process of cooperation,some project operating dilemma and problems are also encountered.The essence of this is the relationship between the government and nonprofits.The study of the government-nonprofit relationship has been profound,including research from foreign theory to domestic localization inquiry.In the empirical research,the author found that there is a long-term cooperative relationship formed by sustainable purchases in reality,so how can the two sides encounter in the long-term cooperative relationship and how to solve it to maintain long-term cooperation.There is relatively few research.Based on this,this article takes the long-term cooperative relationship formed by the private social service organization H and its two major buyers as an example.From a micro perspective,using Giddens’ structuration theory,exploring the performance of the two parties in the cooperation between the government and nonprofit cooperation and reveal the logic and strategies of social service organization.Studies have found that in continuous purchase,the differences and friction between the two parties will affect the maintenance of cooperation.Among them,the action logic of both parties in the government agencies will change,and the strategy will change.Specifically,the resources and rules in projects with structural characteristics provide an action foundation for the cooperation.Differential and friction caused by the changes in the situation.However,unlike the buyer’s action strategy,the cooperation with the J Street,which is dominated by the bureaucracy logic,is more compromise with principles,and adopts the strategy of maintaining the maintenance of resource integration;The cooperation between the buyer of the Women’s Federation of the Street is more manifestations of seeking professional development in self-determination,and adopting strategy of promoting the broadness of resources to maintain stability.This all reflects the side of the H organization to play the right to speak in the cooperation and fight for the right to speak in the game.It is professional-oriented.By adjusting the cognition,resource transformation,and reshaping,the cooperation relationship will not break.Finally,discuss and reflect on the development of social service organization in the context of long-term cooperative relations.It should grasp the scale of cooperation with the purchaser,neither depend on the government,but also find effective resources to achieve a balance of cooperation.In essence,it is also required to start from their own professionalism,discover and perform advantages,and better participate in social governance. |
