Research On The Construction Of Professional Service Ability Of Social Work Station And Its Improvement Path

The construction of social work stations is a new opportunity and challenge for the specialization of social work in the new era.In the process of promoting the construction of social work stations,social work stations play a connecting role as a booster.Social work station governance is an important part of building a national governance system and realizing the modernization of governance functions.The construction of township social work stations in Hunan has comprehensively promoted social work to counties and towns.Starting with the social work station in L District,Y City,Hunan Province,based on the resource dependence theory and energy enhancement theory,and taking the pilot project of Civil Affairs Service Socialization Reform in L district as an example,this paper analyzes the overall situation of the professional service capacity-building practice of social work station in the project operation,and expounds the service supply capacity,resource integration capacity and Professional advocacy ability,grass-roots governance ability and other professional service ability.At the same time,this study analyzes the problem representation in the practice of social work stations undertaking government purchase services,and explores multiple ways to improve the professional service capacity of social work stations.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper presents the research data by using specific analysis methods such as case,narration and comparison.The research shows that in the process of project operation,the construction and development of social work stations need to break through the dilemma of resource dependence,promote the localization of community work,and improve the system and working methods of social work stations.Social work stations should take a number of measures and ways to guide Party construction,promote policy innovation and promote the construction of social work stations.Implement corresponding policies and measures for different situations and provide targeted welfare services for different fields and purposes.The construction of social work stations should suit measures to local conditions and combine with reality,promote the absorption of social work stations in towns and streets,give full play to the professional advantages of social work,and promote the development of social work stations and grass-roots social work.
