In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and modern technology,the archives industry has also kept pace with the times.Local archives information websites and digital archives have been gradually improved,and archives online exhibition came into being.Archives online exhibition is very popular with the masses because of its unique form,many audiences,wide influence and convenient for people to browse online at any time.Compared with the traditional archives exhibition,online exhibition can save a lot of human,material and financial resources.At the same time,viewing is not limited by time.Therefore,how colleges and universities show their cultural influence,meet people’s needs and maintain alumni emotion through archives online exhibition has also attracted more public attention.Especially at present,online file publicity has become a new and effective form in the epidemic situation.At present,there is little research on the "double first-class" construction of colleges and universities.At the same time,there is little research on its archives online exhibition.The research is conducive to enrich and develop the research results of archives online exhibition,gives full play to the publicity and education function of archives,further promotes the new development of archives online exhibition in "double first-class" colleges and universities,and plays the role of bridge and link to condense the feelings of alumni.It helps to establish a window to understand the information of colleges and universities,meet the needs of the masses and improve the image of colleges and universities.Through reading and sorting out a large number of documents and materials about online exhibition of University Archives and "double first-class" universities at home and abroad,137 "double first-class" universities are taken as the research objects,and the current situation of online exhibition of archives is investigated by using the research ideas of finding problems,raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Build an evaluation index system,analyze the current situation and problems of "double first-class" College Archives online exhibition,find out the factors affecting the level of "double first-class" College Archives online exhibition,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Through in-depth discussion from the perspectives of theme,content,material,form,design,interaction and effect,it is analyzed that the problems existing in the online exhibition of "double first-class" College Archives in China include the following: the theme of the online exhibition of "double first-class" college archives is not clear,the timeliness of the exhibition content is poor,the richness of exhibition materials is not enough,the exhibition forms are not diversified,the design of the exhibition is not perfect,and the interaction of the exhibition is not enough,The effect of the exhibition was poor.2.The evaluation index system of "double first-class" online exhibition of archives in Colleges and universities is constructed,including 3 first-class indexes and 7 second-class indexes.The evaluation index system is divided into 18 third-class indexes from the perspectives of the distinctiveness and timeliness of the theme,the ideological and intellectual nature of the content,the representativeness and uniqueness of the material,the flexibility and diversity of the form,the innovation and effectiveness of the design,the participation and timeliness of the interaction,and the popularity and influence of the effect.3.The research puts forward suggestions to improve the "double first-class" online exhibition of University Archives: Based on the theme,highlight the characteristics of online exhibition of university archives,improve the timeliness and innovation of online exhibition of university archives,enrich the online exhibition materials of university archives,strengthen the design and management of online exhibition of University archives,ensure the importance of online exhibition of archives in various ways,and promote the interactivity of online exhibition of archives,Pay attention to the objective evaluation and tracking of the online exhibition of University Archives in order to improve the exhibition effect and give full play to the role of university archives.
