Research On Archives Information Management Of Double-Class Universities In Hunan Province

The information management of archives is the basic work of the management of“double first-class” universities,and the objective requirement of promoting the management of “double first-class” universities and perfecting the “double first-class”education management service system.As a part of the national archives,archives of“double first-class” college should truly realize the role and value of their management.However,the archives information management of “double first-class”colleges and universities in our country still has many problems.Based on the research data,this paper investigates the current situation of archives information management of “double first-class” colleges and universities in Hunan Province from three dimensions: subject,object and system.It is concluded that the archives information management of “double first-class” university in Hunan Province has the basic infrastructure,reasonable file information management team,file development,utilization model and other achievements and problems such as imperfect infrastructure,file information management organization,file information management model backward and so on.And from the supervision and guidance of various functional departments is not enough,the low level of archives information to analyze the reasons that restrict the development of archives information management of “double first-class” university in Hunan Province.In order to improve the archives information management of “double first-class”university in Hunan province and improve the level of information management of“double first-class” university archives in an all-round way,this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: improving the information level of archives and perfecting the management system.
