Since 2017,Hohhot People’s Government has issued documents such as Notice of Hohhot’s 13 th Five-Year Plan Period and Mid-and Long-term Football Development Plan and Implementation Plan for Further Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Reform and Development of Football,creating a favorable environment for the development of campus football.The purpose of developing football is to cultivate talents and develop the core quality of the subject.However,there are some problems in football curriculum,such as deviation,slow quality development,poor quality of talents,chaotic implementation of the curriculum and rampant empiricism,which are difficult to meet the needs of the development of students in the new era.It is the primary task of the current football curriculum to sort out the development status,dig the restrictive factors deeply,provide a breakthrough point for the curriculum reform,provide a theoretical basis for the construction of scientific football curriculum,implement the task of "cultivating virtues and talents",and lay a solid foundation for the "all-round development" of students.By means of literature,questionnaire,interview and other methods,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on the characteristic school football courses of campus football in Hohhot,and constructs football courses suitable for the development of football in this region.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The learning objectives of the football course of Hohhot Football Characteristic School are mainly technical,and the health behavior and sports morality are not obvious,so there are problems that the overall is not comprehensive,specific and accurate.2.Teachers’ experience arrangement of football course teaching content in ten football schools in Hohhot is misaligned with students’ actual needs;The selection is lack of systematic guidance,the content composition is different,and the consistency is poor.To achieve comprehensive,systematic and progressive content,highlighting the target-led content.3.In the implementation of football courses in ten football schools with characteristics in Hohhot,the teaching process is mainly based on administrative class classification,teachers’ professional ability needs to be improved,teachers’ training performance lacks focus,relevant managers do not pay enough attention to it,and field facilities need to be optimized;It is beneficial to solve the difficulties in the implementation of football curriculum by improving the degree of consistency in course selection,implementing stratified teaching,improving the quality of teachers,exploring the advantages of the site and adopting multi-channel optimization measures.4.The evaluation criteria of football courses in ten schools with football characteristics are based on teachers’ ideology,and the evaluation has no practical significance;The diversified subject is not put in place,and it is dominated by empirical,subjective and result-oriented evaluation.To construct a unified evaluation standard system,implement a diversified evaluation subject mechanism,emphasize the dominant position of teacher evaluation,standardize the evaluation methods of students,construct evaluation presentation methods,and promote the accuracy and value of football course evaluation.
